need advice on hanging/girth

Hello everyone, first time here.I used to go to another forum like two years ago i think(that i got from thoma’s site), i started hanging but never stuck to it and soon lost interest (damn do i regret that!!) I always wondered what i could have achieved during that time.

I never posted really, more gathering information, but I remember guys like Bib, Uli, peaboy, etc…

I just ordered bib’s hanger and was looking for a good plan that i can follow.I was thinking about hanging at night and doing some jelqing in the morning like 20mins (that’s all the time i have)

For hanging i was thinking about 40 minutes a day.

My questions are, should i hang everyday or is it better to have a resting day?

Jelqing, Any special technique that works the best for girth?

I was reading the LOT theory and i get a loss (not completely) at 6/7, don’t know how that really could affect on the plan i choose.

Don’t worry about the past, you are not dead yet.

No problem. It is normal to adjust your routine to fit your schedule.

That is ok to start. You might want to shoot for five hours per week, then later try to move up to ten hours per week. If you surf the net, watch TV, or read, you can easily get in that many hours.

It totally depends on how your unit feels. If/when you reach total fatigue, cannot bear to hang anymore, take a day off. I usually hung intensely for five days per week. But that was because of privacy issues. I would try to hang for a couple sets even on the weekends.

I recommend working on girth after you have reached your length goals.

Work on the upper angles, SO, OTL, OTS. Also, do some DLD twists, fulcrum hanging, etc.

Bib, after reading enough threads such as this and your history, you’ve just about convinced me to gain all of the length that I am wanting first, then working on girth. You’ve have deffinitely proven that to be successful.

I have also been reasoning that I would be able to really shape my cock as I’d like that way, and monitor every girth gain.

I almost felt like worrying or trying to plan when I’m going to work on girth was petty. It just that I’ve always been a pumper at heart, and girth is usually gained along with length. I just want to take the most efficient approach. While I’m at the very begginings of my journey, I just want to start it off on the right foot.
