need advice on hanging/girth
Hello everyone, first time here.I used to go to another forum like two years ago i think(that i got from thoma’s site), i started hanging but never stuck to it and soon lost interest (damn do i regret that!!) I always wondered what i could have achieved during that time.
I never posted really, more gathering information, but I remember guys like Bib, Uli, peaboy, etc…
I just ordered bib’s hanger and was looking for a good plan that i can follow.I was thinking about hanging at night and doing some jelqing in the morning like 20mins (that’s all the time i have)
For hanging i was thinking about 40 minutes a day.
My questions are, should i hang everyday or is it better to have a resting day?
Jelqing, Any special technique that works the best for girth?
I was reading the LOT theory and i get a loss (not completely) at 6/7, don’t know how that really could affect on the plan i choose.
I really need length and girth!!Got tired and embarassed of having two ex-girlfriends refer to my guy as “little……..(my name)…LOL
thanks guy, i just registered so i still have lots of material here to research and read carefully, but i am aware at least of the basics.
I really hope to stick to the program this time and I think it is important to have a place like this so basically we can feel we’re not doing this alone.
my measurements are ; LBP : almost 6 , girth : 4.5 - 34 years old
