I go through the same session though out the day. Yes after the 20 minute Jelqing I take a 5 minute rest and also a 5 minute rest after the stretching. The reason I rest after each session because I let the blood flow back into the tissues. I have the same routine 5 times a day and each session runs about 1 hour an 40 minutes.

I am looking for a hanger that will hang higher weights without major discomfort. Can you give us an explanation of your hanger that you have made? I use anything between my MB vaccuhanger, Wench, ChickenChoker and I have never been able to hang heavier weightws from them.

No! I didn’t miss the decimal point. The hanger that I made, really can handle 75 lbs.

I’ve never been able to past 14 pounds and that is a challenge in itself. All my clamp hangers are too uncomfortable and my vaccuhanger swells my glans up and slides off.

I am starting to think that the “less is more” approach to PE is just a way for slackers to have an excuse. Dustpan, you show that self discipline, hard work and commitment are as important for succeeding with PE as in anything else in life.
