My penis is now two tone

Well after my hanging sets for the last two days it has taken on a two tone look. The area where the Wench was attached is normal color, but from that point to the head is much redder, with a fair amount of blood spots. Am I clamping down too tightly with the cable clamp, or is it a problem with my wrapping? I’ll attach a diagram to help evaluate.

Too much blood in the glands.
Too much weight too soon.

What ever is causing the problem it needs to be corrected. That is blood that is being put under too much pressure and is forced to the surface of the skin. The hanger could be slipping too close to the glands too. For this to happen in just 2 days is a sign of a major problem to me. I don’t have any experience with a Wench, I use a bib. Hope someone with Wench experience can help.
