My original hanging technique

I have so far only been manually stretching and jelqing, but in the last week I have adopted a new technique.
I wrap my dick with ace bandage and attach the weight.And the weight is:
I have this huge can with a hole and a handle which is like a piggy bank. I put my metal money in it, and it weighs approximately 4 - 5 pounds.
The trick is, I think it’s the perfect way to progress with hanging weight, because I put some more coins in it every day. So, the penis gets accustomed slowly, so almost no chance of injury. And, I increase the weight gradually.
My routine is 2 day on, 1 day off. It consists of some 15 minutes stretching, mostly straight out and the fulcrum stretch, after which I warm up for about 3 minutes with a hot washcloth.
Then I jelq using the method which I don’t know who posted, but whoever it is, thank you.
I do 22 slow strokes with lower intensity, say 3 on a scale of 10; then 22 medium - medium hard 6,7/10; 22 hard ones 9/10; and then again 22 medium hard, and 22 light.
I shower after that; that is mostly the reason why I do my routine before going to bed, so I avoid a lot of showering because I live with my parents.
Then I hang the piggy bank for half an hour.I am currently doing it:)
My stats are 7.3 NBPEL lengthwise and around 5.1 girth wise.
I tend to measure as less as I can, motivating myself with the feeling primarily. And it seems that this is a good routine. I definitely have a better flaccid hang, my erections are hard and it feels bigger in my hand every day.
I kegel throughout the day, and generally live very healthy.
