My New Routine w/Hanging
Well, last Saturday I got my Bib Starter and gave hanging a try both Saturday and Sunday. I had already bought 2 1/2, 3, & 5 pound free weights at a local sporting goods store and Saturday started with the 2 1/2 pound weight for two sets of 20 minutes. I didn’t really feel that I got much of a stretch so Sunday I went up to 3#.
Since I’ve also been pumping, this is the routine I started Sunday:
1 10 Min Rice Sock Hot Wrap
2 20 Min Hang @ 3#
3 10 Min Pump Session to 6 Hg
4 10 Min Jelqing
5 10 Min Pump Session to 10 Hg
6 10 Min Jelqing
7 10 Min Pump Session to 10 Hg
8 10 Min Jelqing
9 20 Min Hang @ 3#
10 10 Min Rice Sock Hot Wrap
I really didn’t feel like the 3# weight gave me much of a stretch so will go to 5#. I have tried to maintain a 2 on and 1 off routine as best I can, but sometimes that varies as I have other responsibilities that stop me from doing my routine.
I started pumping several months ago and started very carefully to avoid injury. I started pumping with one session at 4 to 5 Hg. I have gradually worked up to 10 Hg with three 10 minute sessions and show no signs of donuts or busted blood vessels or red spots. Since I started pumping, I’m stretching about an extra 1” in the tube in both length and girth.
My current measurements are 6 3/4” EBPL and 5 1/4” EG and my goal is 8” EBPL x 6” EG.
Anyone have any advice and/or comments?
