My LOT, A Bit Confused...

Okay just tested my LOT.

When I stretch my penis straight down at 6:00 I get absolutely no tug back at all when I kegel. When I start to raise it, lets say at 9:00 I start to get a slight tugback. Straight up, at 12:00, I get extreme tugback.

What does this mean? What kind of hanging would I benefit the most from?

I believe that means you have short ligs…. which means you will gain a lot of you stretch them… Someone correct me if I am wrong.

Okay… I am really not too sure what this means, but oh well. I have been doing basic hanging straight down, seated, worked up to 12.5 lbs. now.

Again, basically at 12:00 I have the strongest tugback, at 9:00 I would say that I still get a little tugback, not a lot though. And at 6:00 I get absolutely no tugback at all. I would say 7:00 or 8:00 is where I lose the tugback completely.

well if its 7 or 8 i believe you have long ligs and would gain more from tunica stretching

What I think you are looking for is where the ligs in the penis are taking the stress but the head is not moving. It is easiest to see this at the 6 o’clock position. Just move up from there until you start seeing something like what you do at 12 o’clock.
As for what to stretch when, at 9 which is straight out you still have some lig gains to make, so hang SD, or BTC. Once you hit around 7-6 I imagine is when you want to start hanging at higher angles, which could be SO, or OTS, or fulcrum hanging, stretching your tunica to catch up to you ligs, thereby raising your LOT.
