My First Session With the Bib Hanger

Well tonight I had my first hanging session with the Bib Hanger. I must say, as an aspiring bioengineer, this is one well designed tool. I found zero difficulty using it, and it does exactly what it is supposed to do. The hardest part about my whole hanging session was the wrap!

My routine consisted of this:

5lbs hung straight down for 3 sets of 15 minutes with 10 minute rest between sets.

Does this sound good for now? Also, am I supposed to remove the wrap after every set to massage and get blood flowing or am I just supposed to remove the hanger? Finally, for the last 3 months I have been doing equal treatment for the ligs and tunica because I have a low LOT but I still think my ligs have some gains in them. This has been working great. Now I know that hanging straight down hits the tunica somewhat, but should I also incorporate a few minutes of manual stretches for the tunica to cover all my bases?

I am also a newbie with the hanging thing. I have done it about 7 times so far, and each time I get more confident and it’s easier to use.

As a newb, I would say 5lb sounds good. About what I am doing, although I am only doing 2 sets because of time contraints. I believe it is recommended that you jelq between sets. For me, the wrap contricts my penis after my hange session, so I remove it to jelq. I am not sure if this is standard practice or not, the experts can speak to that.

I hang mosly BTC and 10% SO. I then manually stretch the tunica straight up during the day. I don’t know if this is good or not, but since I don’t have a lot of time to hang, it’s the best I can do.

Hyyprr - Sounds good for now. You could bump those 15 minutes sessions up to 20 if you are still comfortable. I always removed my wrap when hanging with the Bib to make sure I had full circulation. I would either jelq or get an erection to make sure I had blood to all parts of the penis. The erection also gave me reassurance in the beginning that everything still worked ;) I’d also continue to include the manual stretches thoughout the day as long as you are not beating your dick up too much.

I unwrap between sets too. Some don’t. The important thing is to restore good circulation. If staying wrapped prevents that, then unwrap.

With practice wrapping becomes easier. At first you’ll get some good wraps and probably more not so good wraps. With the latter, I mean skin folds that cause pinching or incorrect tightness. In time you’ll develop good technique and get it right almost every time.

Personally, I wouldn’t bother. I might do some manual stretches between sets down and to the sides or SO and to the sides, which would serve as a supplement to the SD hanging. Other than that, I’d save the upper angles for a later focus.

You might want to work your way down to BTC. You’ll probably have to stretch some skin to get there.
