I have now got a Bib starter hanger, and will begin to use it on a regular daily basis.

Initial impressions are good, it really clamps on to the shaft very tightly, I am having a slight problem from the couple of times I have put it on. My unit keeps twisting when I tighten the hanger. I have read about others who have had the same problem, and I will work on figuring it out before I begin my routine.

I need to get a hanger, as I could not up the weight on my doughnut weights.

I just got mine too and have the same problem. Every time I put it on it seems that my head ends up twisting to the right (that is my natural hang).

I think that attaching it closer to the head might help this. I am going to try it out again tonight and hang with 2.5#s for about 10 minutes to see how it works out.

There are many, many instances of this on Bib’s forums. Go there and do some research to solve your twisting. From what I’ve gathered, it’s a combination of the wrap being too tight or the penis riding too high in the hanger well, but every guy is different. Read the Product Guide on Bib’s site.


Started hanging on 3/28/12 after minimal gains on the newbie routine. Still not discouraged! This game is 99.9% mental. Stick with it, gents.

After 1 month of hanging 5-6lbs BTC: 1/4" gain in BPEL and BPFSL!

I use a handi-clamp to hang and even with 10 pounds I don’t twist at all.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

Hi guys thanks for posting. The problem does not occur when I am in the hanger, it occurs when I add the load, soon as I hang the weight, whatever I do, it twists straight away.

Also I am finding that it is not very comfortable either when loaded, I use 5kg of weight.

Sounds like you aren’t tightening enough. Tighten to discomfort (NOT outright pain), wait 20 seconds then tighten some more. See if that helps.
