More then 3 sets
I’ve worked my way up to 10 pounds 3 sets of 20 min’s per with the homemade bib it works great I just use a theraband for the wrap. Is going past 3 sets a day necessarily how many of you do more then 3 sets a day? Also I feel good at 10 pounds and I’ve read to only to move up when you stop gaining and to add sets instead of weight first. Can I make gains at 3 sets? I’ve seen people doing 6 sets a day and I simply don’t have that kind of time, but I don’t want to waste my time either is 3 sets something I will see gains out of etc.. Any help would be great thank you.
