More than 15lbs. necessary?
I have only been hanging for about a month now. I do 4-15 minute sets BTC. I have been using 15lbs. , as I have worked up from 7. My ligs seem to be getting used to the weight increases very rapidly as it still takes 3 good sets to reach fatigue with the 15lbs. Here is my question… exactly how sore should I be after a hanging routine? After my first week, I would describe my ligs as being sore to the touch (pretty sore). Now I have to push and feel around down there to “find” the dull soreness that I now get. Do I need to use more than 15lbs? And finally “Does soreness actually signify growth stimulation, or is it possible that I could be making progress even though I experience very little soreness?”
