More Hanging Sets or Adding Extender

As for the questions I understood: no I don’t think hanging and extender are incompatible, I do believe actually that they are pretty much the same thing, just hanging is less efficient. All the ideas about gains from ‘extending ligs’ and ‘inner penis’ coming out does just one thing in my views: it makes harder to believe to those hangers who report huge gains without ever posting a proof of those gains (I know pics are not a sure proof, but I find very suspicious that hangers who report more than half inch of gains rarely if ever have any pics to backup their claims).

The penis can’t ‘come out’ or ‘exposed’, it is tied to your body from the inside not from the ligs, For the same reason elongating the ligs is pretty much no point. If they are speculating that theirs incredible gains are coming from the penis ‘coming out’ from the inside, chances are those gains are in their imagination. Neither, to make another example, stretch marks on the penis are likely to be linked with gains in length; the penis will never grow so fast to stretch the skin, this is just ridicolous; if there are stretch marks, those are caused by the friction of the hanger on the skin. I could go ahead with such examples, but I think those willing to understand got the hint, those unwilling will deny any reasonable argument or proof.

I think vacuum hanging can be an alternative for extenders for those guys who need more force to lengthen their penises, because vacuum hangers allow longer sets, so mimicing extenders ; the morce force you apply, though, the fastest your penis is becoming stronger, so future gains will require more and more weight.

I’m not prone to believe to anybody claiming that he has done hanging with more than 20 pounds for many hours daily for weeks or months, because the stress on the lower back will just be too much for 99% of people and at the same time would require life style that is compatible only with being an ermit. Even less I’m going to believe that when the guy claiming said regimen is obese, in his 40’s and with no regular practice of heavy physical training.

Marinara you don’t think a long time hanger would have any problems making further gains if he decided to start extending after months or yrs of hanging 20 pounds.. Would the toughening of the ligs as a result of such hanging have any effect on the way an extender lengthens a penis?. Man I will tell you marinara you scared me out my current hanging routine.. Man I was getting some bad ass man size flaccid after a few hanging sets. Now I don’t know if I should be hanger or extender I’m just trying to get to get 7 3/4 or 8 NBPEL as fast as possible.. The time dedicated by those hermits is also another reason I tend to believe some of the storys of those that make big gains, I rarely ever read about the new breed of PE practitioners hanging anything more than 3 to 6 hanging sets a day with more than 10 pounds. I also don’t ever hear of extenders logging more than 6 hrs 7 days a week routines. How fucking badly do you want it everybody ,enough with the chicken shit efforts.. If you are a hard gainer your sole objective each and every day is to log hours, fuck hanging out, cut your workouts short, run errands quick get home heat that pad up and strap in. some videos of those people were posted here; they don’t hang weights to gain length, they don’t have ‘lond ass dicks’, their dicks are normal sized if not on the small side (despite they being skinny as skeletons which should add illusion of bigger size).

@Mariners - I thought the same thing about the Sadhus when I saw videos of them! None of them seemed HUGE, or even exceptionally large. And they were utterly emaciated as you point out - ZERO fat pad. Proof that causing damage rather than elongation is a bad thing? :)

I want to add something about “inner penis.” As Marinera points out, the idea that this can be “pulled out,” as someone who runs a different major PE forum also talks about with his “expressive stretching,” which always makes me think of that Madonna song rather than PE, is ridiculous because the inner corpus cavernosa are anchored a ways back behind your pubic bone and prostate.

However, when you examine pelvic anatomy, you see that, at least in people with a high shaft exit point, the internal penis travels under the pubic bone and then takes an upward path along its more vertical (well more slanted in truth) surface closer to the front of the body before coming out. This creates a sort of “kink” or S-curve which causes the penis shaft to exit the body much higher in many people. Where this bend happens, the penis is held fast to the pubic bone by several ligament bundles. Now, these anchor points, being collagenous connective tissue can be elongated through plastic deformation creating space between the inner corpus cavernosa (the inner shaft), straightening out the internal bend, and causing the penis to exit the body lower. Like straightening a hose, this causes more penis to be exposed outside of the body and bringing the ligaments closer to the surface near the shaft’s exit point, making them visible under the skin in most lean individuals with this low exit point physiology.

This phenomenon is often observed in porn stars. Many of them are above average lengths, at least in part, due to a very low exit point of their penises. Notice how often in porn the shafts of the woodsmen appear to come out very low on the body (apparently mid-scrotum in many cases), their shafts appear much closer to their anuses, and you can see two cable-like ligaments descending towards the base of the penis just under the skin in many of these actors? This is the straightened hose/low exit point described above that you are seeing in many of these men. I can’t, of course, even guess at how many of them are born with this anatomy and how many have worked to elongate their suspensory ligaments, but in either case, a low shaft exit point and longer visible penis is the result.

If creating space between the pubic bone and inner corpus cavernosa did not create a lower, longer visible penis then penis enlargement surgery involving ligament cutting would NEVER work. Although it rarely does anyway due to surgical or post-surgical complications, and is almost never a good idea - a gamble with bad odds at best, where even if you do come out longer by a little bit, it will likely cause other unwanted side effects anyway.

So, in conclusion, I want to say that this idea of exposing the inner penis can only be accomplished by elongation of the suspensory ligaments, it is not a magical hidden reservoir of gains - only yielding an inch or two max in most non-outlier situations, and can NEVER be achieved by “pulling out” the inner penis. Pulling out MAY lengthen the ligaments a bit, but this is a relatively inefficient angle for stretching them. Pulling parallel with the direction of their collagen alignment will always yield a better ligament stretch as is the case with the straight down or between the cheeks angles. Also of note, as the exit point drops these downward angles will lose effectiveness as they are not great at applying stress to the tunica which is best targeted at upward angles or through the use of fulcrum, as in the A-stretch.

The straight out angle is a middle ground that will target the tunics and suspensory ligaments, neither of them maximally. Extenders work like this, providing slow, steady, and balanced penis elongation.

Look at Kingsnake on DLD’s site. He gained 2 inches from hanging weights using plastic deformation principles.

He proves with pics all over DLD’s website. There are others.

I have gained from extenders and hanging, but what about Monthys weights, do they straighten out the unit and extend it?

The very low exit points that you see in some male performers, the dent above the penis in some cases and penis seemingly coming out of the ballsack, are not natural (99,99% of the time) but rather results of suspensory ligament surgeries in attempt to inrease lenght. What basically happens is that the suspensory ligament is simply cut which is sometimes followed by hanging to ensure the lowered exit point.

Marinera, I used both an extender and a vac hanger.
It’s true that with the vac hanger I eventually managed to do a single set /day of 4 hours STRAIGHT(without removing the device). I even put a heat pad around my shaft connected to a usb. At the moment I’m in a forced decon break(life got in the way).

What I would like to say that in my opinion there’s a small difference between these and I will illustrate it with an example:
- one hangs for 2 hours straight with 2 kg (there is a constant load of 2 kg which doesn’t decrease or increase)
- one use extender for 2 hours and sets it 2 kg pull (the load will be 2 kg at first but it will slowly reduce so it could be that at the final 2 hours the load will be something like 1 kg (maybe less,maybe more) )
So the load will not be the same in each case and it could be that in the hanger case,at the end, without removing the devices, the stretched length could be greater( which is what matters,right?)

This is a very interesting point, though springs in the average extender compensate a bit. One question would be what is better, constant load or varying load and if varying load is better wouldn’t it be better if it were around up and down around a set load rather than just lower than the initial load.

Notice that the excerpt doesn’t speak of ‘healing’, but recovery. This is very important. The excerpt is referring to lumbar vertebral column; the time is 20 minutes of deep flexion - so not high force. Let’s say the 48 hour span does apply to the penis as well as the vertebrae; then we could translate that in: ‘After wearing an extender for 20 minutes, you should avoid more than 48 hours of rest.’. Do you agree?

Surferdude I think kingsnake hit a major wall at 1 1/2 inch length gain with hanging to be exact. He like most other PE vets did other exercises with hanging. Now he’s sticking needles in his wang to induce 4 hour erections, an artificially induced state of priapism, he also rubs his wang with a dmso +paba concoction. He’s nuts considering he’s 9 NBPEL x 6.5 mid s girth. I’m currently giving hanging one last hardcore effort. I’m currently on my 3 or 4th month hanging. I’m hanging weights ranging between 24 and 17.5 pounds BTC and have just recently added one set of SO hanging with 12 1/2 pounds today. I do 4 to 6 sets daily 7 days a week I also extend 7 days a week for 3 to 5 hours a day.

I will hang till mid February and give a no BS assessment of hanging.. From what I’m seeing and from all I read, there are few if any hangers that have gained over 2 inches like jelktoid or bib.. I’m now believing that bib and dld at matters of size maybe big BS artist.

Bibs states he knows many who have gained 2 to 3 inches with his hanger where the f are they?. You go to his website and scan the threads and you will find few 1 inch gainers and no 2 inch gainers.. I know for a fact that extenders work, myself having logged 2700 plus hours , I also know I got a growth spurt from logging consecutive 6 to 8 hour days over a 2 to 3 week period. There are very few PE vets who have logged 3 or 4000 hours extending.. Only 2 that I know of dangler at PE gym ? And good looking loser he has logged well over 4000 hours and has gained over 2 inchs as have dangler.2 inch gain is elite imo very very few can claim that.. And if they do theres no evidence. But I do believe if you put in 4 to 6000 hours extending you should get a 2 gain.

Gain to date 1 3/16 inches.

Great post guys, very informative.

Next month ill be starting my 4 month PEing, I’ve gotten some gains in length and girth these past few months. Went from 3.5 to 4 flaccid, 5.5 to 5.9 BPEL, 4.7 to 5.1 NBPEL, 4.8 to 5.0 EG. Whats most rewarding is that I don’t turtle much now, not even half of what I did before. Not to mention the rock hard hardons I get every morning.

I’m gonna start hanging (20min) and continue with 20 min jelqing/stretching next month with the Wench or the AFB, starting at 2 lbs for at least 2 weeks and work from there up, 1lb per week.
Can’t wait to see some of those gains. I’m feeling motivated today and tomorrow is my rest day, damn it!
