Personally I’ve always considered the time you hang the time you are strapped in and hanging. However I don’t think BIB’s 4 hours a day is actual hanging time.
I would take his 4 hours a day routine with a grain of salt though. It’s all too convenient. Massive claims of gains and size sells hangers and a 4 hours a day routine should explain these gains. Hardly anyone can keep up a routine like that for too long so no one can disproof you would not get a huge penis from that routine. Keeps us guessing whether his claims are real or not ;)
Fatiguing the hell out of your dick 4hrs a day is going to do something! I don’t see how you couldn’t gain if you were doing split sets with that kind of time, and really hitting fatigue within your 1st 2 sets.. creating microtears… stretching your tunica, ligs, & everything else involved.
I would like to see an honest post of someone hanging 4hrs a day, with good technique, & really getting good fatigue that still didn’t gain
