Measuring after a session

I recently started hanging again after a break. Today was my 4th day back. I’m fulcrum hanging - straight over the rod and also turned 90 degrees to the left and right.

Still not sure of the status of the bad vein which inspired my break, I’m starting out easy: 5 lbs for 3 15 minute sets. Today I bumped it up to 6.25 lbs.

Each day after my last set I measure FSL immediately after detaching the hanger. My normal, un-PE’d FSL is 7 5/8” now. After the 5 lb. sessions it hadn’t changed. Hmm. Even a moderate stretching/jelqing session usually increases it to almost 7 3/4”.

Adding that extra 1.25 lbs. made a world of difference. I hit 7 7/8” FSL after my last set today - a first for me. It had snapped back to the normal 7 5/8” when I checked it again about an hour later.

I was surprised to see such a different response by adding just a tad more weight, and wanted to point out that I think post-session FSL is one way to monitor the effectiveness of a session. Had I not measured, I may have thought 5 lbs. was doing some good. I’ll assume 6.25 lbs. is my minimum effective working weight for now. I have used up to 12-14 lbs. before in these fulcrum positions, but that was many months ago.

More weight should cause better plastic deformation, and hopefully more time before my penis snaps back to its “normal” length after a session.

I have a couple of questions that may effect a theory that I am developting. Do you notice a greater increase in size after: hangint BTC, fulcrom hanging SO, or fulcrome hanging to the left/right? Did you see your most significant gains when hanging BTC or fulcrom hanging. Also, what is your current LOT and your original LOT (if you know)? Thanks!

I haven’t tried BTC since I resumed hanging.

Lately, I start out rotated either left or right (and alternate the starting position to keep things even). The second set is the other direction, and the third straight. As I add sets I’ll change this scheme.

BTC, but I’ve done most of my hanging in that position.

My current LOT is a little under 8:00. I think the girth work I did recently may have brought it up some. It is still low enough that I feel a noticeably better lig stretch hanging SD after the fulcrum work than before it. (I get a little taste of SD when I stand before removing the hanger.) To me, this indicates my efforts are best focused on the upper angles, which fulcrum hanging does.

I don’t know what my original LOT was. Probably higher than now because I used to feel some good work in the ligs and lower abdominal area when hanging BTC. BTC hasn’t felt as effective since those earlier days.
