I measured myself right after hanging and thought I’d gained 1/2” (length) in one month. Well, I measured a day later and guess what, I hadn’t gained anything at all. Learned you have to measure at least a day after PEing.

Don’t know if I need to change something about my routine or just continue what I’ve been doing for another month. I hang 7lbs. 3 x 20 min. am & pm, 2 hrs/day. 5 on/ 2 off. Wrap with wrist band using Bib hanger.

Oh Gods of Thunder’s Place what do I need to do to get a bigger dick? I seem to have a lot below 9, if I’m doing it right.

P.s. By the way,are you getting fatigue? Is 7 lbs. your max.?,there are as you see many factors to this.

I hang 7lbs and believe I get fatigue.

It pulls on my ligs until I can’t take anymore pain.

More hours probably will help gains.

Get to fatigue and then drop half the weight and keep hanging til fatigue again. The drop half of it again…etc, etc.

Starting: 5 BPEL x 4.5 EG on 4/19/03

Latest: 6 BPEL x 5 EG on 2/17/04

Goal: 7 BPEL x 6 EG
