I still do it occasionally but I have completely changed my whole routine from what I was doing before when I made the gains. Before I was doing power jelqing, clamping, and hand jelqs before masturbating and then hanging. Since then I haven’t gained shit in girth so I decided to just hit length first and then work on girth. So now I’m pretty much only hanging and not masturbating.. I found that while I enjoyed masturbating, doing it too much and to porn was causing me to become desensitized, so as you can imagine I have stopped doing it as much.
I don’t feel as if the quality of hanging has decreased at all, but I tend to think that if I don’t warm-up properly I won’t be getting as good of a hang as if I pre-masturbated. Instead now what I do is stretch my penis out as much as it will go and stick it in between my thighs for 20-30 minutes and by the time I take it out of there it is very loose and floppy, ready for a good hang!
My opinion on the matter is that you can search on any PE forum and read how masturbation is detrimental to gains if you’re manually stretching/jelqing because that act of ejaculating causes the penis to tire out and turtle. But I say if you’re a hanger, you want those tissues to be tired out when you go to hang because it is only beneficial. If your dick is going to naturally be tired and going to turtle and you’re going to hang, your essentially going to deform those collagenous tissues that are already tired and turtled up. Which leads to a better hang and better gains.
But this is my opinion though, I can’t scientifically support any of it, it’s merely just my observations.
