Iv started doing manual stretches, been one month already. I see many people who claim that manual stretching doesn’t work. For me it has definitely increased my flaccid hang. Are there any people who have actually made lenght gains by doing manual stretches?? If so please tell me your schedule and how often you workout.

Stretching definitely works. My problem with stretching is that it’s hard to get good grip on my shaft and I can’t stretch for hours a day. That’s why I hang.

Well, I’ve noticed bigger flaccid when I started V-stretching. Don’t know if it’s the routine or natural growth.

Yes, I gained much when I did the newbie routine.

I’ve gained about 1” of BPEL and I’d say at least 95% of that is from manual stretching. It took me 12-13 months.
