Hello all.

I was wondering if anyone adds any Manual Stretches to
use with their hanging? If so, what do you do?
I was thinking of adding some manuals but have no idea of
where to start because I would like anything I add to hanging
to have some synergery with whatever I add…

did all that sound right????

2 nights ago, I didn’t get the privacy I needed to hang but I did have a half-hour of privacy. So I did some V-stretches ( hitting the top and sides, with the other hand’s fingers being a fulcrum right at the ligs ) and BTC stretches, along with some above-LOT stretches when my ligs would feel sore.

I must have done a great job because they’re still a little sore when I pull on it. That means I did as much to my ligs in that half-hour than I normally would with 2 hrs. of hanging at max. weight! I use my BTC ADS device afterwards and when I’m not hanging.

I normally would stretch for a few minutes here and there and whenever to supplement my hanging, but if you really want to complement the hanging, use a BTC ADS device because you can’t be stretching longer that you can wear these things.

Remember, healing the microtears with your dick in a constant BTC or SD position will do more for your length than intermittent stretching.

Starting: 5 BPEL x 4.5 EG on 4/19/03

Latest: 6 BPEL x 5 EG on 2/17/04

Goal: 7 BPEL x 6 EG
