They’re fine until you’ve done manual stretching all directions as hard as possible and for so long in the day. It would just be more convenient to switch to hanging mainly for the extra wait and the fact you can do many sets without fucking your hands up.

to manual stretch for such a long time how and where so you grip. I find the only place I can securely grip is under my glans. Any lower down (I know an inch doen is ideal and my grip just slides up to below my glans when I stretch, which I know can be dangerous
