Make a Hanger from medical supplies

Wow guys,
I came up with the easiest hanging set up ever. For those of you who work in a medical facility or know someone who does, this is all you need.

x1 - 1” Penrose drain (tourniquet for starting IV’s)
x1 - 2” roll of webrill (cotton padding used in application of casts for fractures)
Std. ordinary saran wrap from the store
Desired weight.

I wrap the webrill according to this site’s instructions, about 2-3 layers. Then I wrap the toirniquet around with a slight stretch only. I use a piece of saran wrap folded one way multiple times to make a 1” x 10” sheet (approximately).
One such sheet I wrap around my weight, a small plastic tackle box with desired amount of weight placed inside. I incorporate the second sheet into the tourniquet as I wrap, over the top and bottom thus making a loop. The tourniquet easily tucks into itself when I am done. Let me know if you want more details and what you think.

I don’t like using the word tourniquet in conjunction with my cock.

How much weight do you think this can handle?

I sense a noose-style hanger. Not good.

This is definitely not a “noose” style hanger. The style of wrapping I got directly from the hanging threads here. It is all based on tension. If anything, it would be similiar to “Buck’s” traction, an old form of skin traction used to pull the distal leg to relieve tension from a leg fracture.

As for weight, this can handle at least 5-10 lbs. I have never weighed my little tacklebox, bot I definitely got a good stretch from it today. I decided to stop at 18 minutes because it started to feel like too much.

Here is a picture of the supplies. You should see a white roll of cotton (we call it webrill in the cast room), a penrose drain (yellow, rubber tourniquet used to stop venous blood flow when initiating an IV), 2 folded pieces of saran wrap as used attached to tackle box. I will submit a picture of this hanger in action in the member pics forum. Please tell me what you think. (Hopefully I attched this correctly)

D-Wolf, it’s always nice to see more guys hanging. Your hanger seems more like a circular compression hanger, not lateral compression.

Thanks Ramrod linking this thread to my pictures. If I am supposed to feel the pull in the ligaments from the hanging device, then I believe it is working. I have nothing else to compare it to. It would be nice to get the opinion of someone else after trying this set-up. Maybe it can be explained better than I attempt to. The compression definitely is circumferential as compared to lateral. The tissue behind the glans is not being stressed. The weight is supported by the saran wrap which is supported by the whole wrap of the penrose drain. Please keep the feedback coming. Most importantly, if you think this is a bad wrap from your experience, then I really want to know. Thanks always.
