Light home made hanger for rest days, and newbie's can use this too.

This is just a simple hanger that people like me can use. I don’t have any equipment so you could use this method, you can use anything as weights best thing to use as weights are water bottle fill them with any amount of water you want and hang away.

Material Required
1). Cotton/wool/nylon string.
2). Small water bottle (weights). Anything could be used as weights . But start out with very low weights.
3). A piece on cloth to wrap on you penis where you put on the hangers string so that you don’t cause any discoloration .

Step=1
Take a strong cotton/wool or nylon string. (Look at the picture’s)

step=2
Make a knot but make sure you leave enough space in the middle to allow the other end of the rope to pass through.
(Look at the picture’s)

Step=3
Make sure Mr.peepee is in flaccid state.

Step=4
Take the strings other end and pass it through the hole and wear it on you penis . (Look at the picture’s)

Step=5
Make sure you put it on your base of you penis .(Look at the picture’s)

Step=6
On the other end of the string tie up with what ever weights you want .

Before you put the HMH on your penis wrap you penis base with some cotton cloth then put it on.

If you put it below your glans its not going to be that effective , if you put it at the base then it will stretch out you internal penis.

Not a good idea to use something like that on your shaft.

I have used it 8 times and nothing has happened, it is not meant to hang like 5 kg of weight or anything. It is just meant to hang like 1/2 or 1 kg of weight top’s. it can be used if you don’t have any equipment at all.

Just helps with a better flaccid hang which many desire . People who have 5 to 6inches of BPEL their flaccid is definitely not going to be that big .

That concept doesn’t make sense to me. If I pull the laces on my shoes, it doesn’t matter if I grab from the end of the laces or close to the shoe, as long as I pull my shoe gets tighter. How does where I grab along the length of the shaft change where the force is applied?

An uncontrolled noose is not ideal. At low weights it might seem ok but if there is nothing stopping it from constricting more and more from friction or getting caught or tangled in clothing it could slowly numb your senses by slowly constricting. You might not know you are doing damage until it’s too late or worse, it gets caught on something abruptly and the way the noose works, the harder it pulls the harder it constricts. Imagine the damage that could happen if you slipped or fell?

Thanks for pointing that out i didn’t even think about that. I think i can fix that issue.

Step1= measure your penis girth with the noose ok.
step2= make another knot to fit your girth.
step3= make sure that the knot does not pass through the noose.

If i knew that the noose was uncontrollable i would have called it light clamp hanger. Lol :P

Before buying my bib hanger I made a noose type hanger. My was made from wire rope. I bought these little loops at lowes, where you stick the wire rope on one side it loops and you bring it back down the other side. Anyways I was using it as an ADS for about a week, before getting my bib. The first day I hung with my bib I stoped at night becuase I couldn’t handle it anymore.. To much skin strech, pinch etc.t. Anyways I put on my noose strecher, and about five minutes in I had to take it off becuase it was uncomfortable and below my glands got swollen as hell. The next day my dick looked huge. It didnt look swollen but I knew it was. It eventually went away, but I’m sure the noose had something to do with it.

well i have gained .2 in length suddenly . I don’t know how?

I just measured today and I’m 15.4cm I used to be 15.2cm. May be this is because of the me wearing this funny looking hanger for 25 min every day for about 10 days now.

in 10 days, all the PE you’ve done is wearing that for 25 min and you’ve gained 0,2 cm more? what weight are you hanging with it?


When conguering a golddigger you need a large bank account, when conquering a dickdigger you need a large tool. When conquering a woman you need a minimum of three things: money, class and yes: dick size. Good news are, you can actually improve in all these three aspects.

No i did my routine + hanging. around 2 pounds would be right, because i was just using some tools as weights

Just be safe man. Use that hanger untill its un effective. If you want a nice hanger that’s pretty cheap, build a captain wench. I own a bib hanger, and I can’t wait to build my own cap wench hanger.

If you enjoy hanging now wait till you try a hanger.. Best stretch ever.
