Light Hanging for Prolonged Periods
Using MB’s Vacuhanger and a weight of approx. 4 pounds, I am able to hang for most of the day without discomfort.
I am new to hanging and not at a measuring point, so I can’t say whether this technique has had any positive effect on BPEL. There has been an ‘anecdotal’ increase to flaccid hang
I am figuring that the low weight, long time approach with this way of hanging is more akin to the ADS approach?
Do any other PE’rs use this technique to good effect, or do I need to quit this and stick to the traditional short intense hanging sets?
