Light Hanging for Prolonged Periods

Using MB’s Vacuhanger and a weight of approx. 4 pounds, I am able to hang for most of the day without discomfort.

I am new to hanging and not at a measuring point, so I can’t say whether this technique has had any positive effect on BPEL. There has been an ‘anecdotal’ increase to flaccid hang

I am figuring that the low weight, long time approach with this way of hanging is more akin to the ADS approach?

Do any other PE’rs use this technique to good effect, or do I need to quit this and stick to the traditional short intense hanging sets?

I think this has been a topic of popular discussion lately. People are seeing gains with light, but long sessions. I’m trying this as well with the vacu-hanger. I have tried it with the constriction sleeve, without it, taping the glans bare, and tape/c-sleeve combo. How are you using yours for extended periods? Has the tip/opening been irritated at all?

I’m using the Vacuhanger which I find very comfortable.

I know this has been a popular topics but from partially reading threads, I couldn’t determine unequivocally whether, light, long duration hanging was beneficial.

What is your interpretation of light, and what kind of times are you logging?

I have mentioned this on other threads. I am a big proponent of low intensity, long duration hanging and stretching. I use a Vacuhanger head with a vacuextender traction device all day. But I didn’t start to see results until I combined it with other forms of PE. Hanging or stretching for long periods seems to condition the tunica for more strenuous PEing such as jelqing, o-bends, horses and heavy hanging. The combination of both broke me out of a plateau I was stuck on.

Can you answer my questions as well please. Do you use your vacu hanger by itself, with the constriction sleeve, or any wrap?

I’ve been doing fulcrum hanging with low weight: only 2.5 lbs. I do 45-60min. I simply sit straight in a chair, put a rod over my thighs and let my penis bend 90 degrees over the rod. I busted my long plateau this way, gaining another 0.35” EL. See links in my signature for more info.

I use the Vacuhanger with the yellow constriction sleeve, if fitted properly it totally avoids fluid build up.
