LG Hanger, a new vacuum hanger

Would you guys that have used monkey bars vac hanger have any input on the difference with the LG, I mean is the difference enough for the LG to be worth the price tag?

Hi everyone, just bought an LG hanger, was wondering does anyone know how much it costs to get milled out bigger once you increase girth, I increase girth fairly easy, also if anyone has any tips that would be great, thank you in advance ( I live in the UK btw )

Boring out the internal diameter of your LG Hanger is $35.00 + shipping. Remove rubber, clean it and ship back to us…. usually I get them modified and shipped back out in a few days.

Side by side comparison

Here’s some distinct differences….

1. LG Hanger is made on a C.N.C. lathe and mill from a solid piece of optically clear Lexan acrylic. So it’s not an injected molded cup from China.
2. LG Hanger is custom fit “Chamber” based on measurements the individual customer supplies. So you’re guaranteed to get the correct fit… you don’t get three cups of which you can’t use two of them.
3. LG Hanger internal depth is 2.2” and therefore the traction pull comes from the shaft and not from the glans.
4. LG Hanger uses a vacuum hand pump with a gauge so you know exactly how much Hg vacuum pressure you are using. When you suck on a hose with your mouth you don’t know how much vacuum you’re extracting and it’s very easy to exceed 10 Hg’s of vacuum via mouth extraction, which leads to blisters.
5. LG Hanger sleeves are made from medical grade silicon.

It’s ok I ended up ordering, just received it a few days ago.

Let me say the difference to previous vac hangers is night and day. The hanger is a thing of beauty, if apple made a hanger it would look like this, very high quality.

It fits perfectly and I must admit I was dubious about this when I sent my measurements but it’s genuinely a perfect fit and it never occurred to me just how incredibly important this was until hanging last night, I hung for 1 hour over a fulcrum with 8lbs+ and it was so comfortable, head came out near perfect too.

I will report back when Ive had more time with it too.

Results!

Thanks Muckl3 - that’s music to my ears! I’ve always felt that we didn’t need to spend thousands of dollars to market and advertise, that eventually guys like yourself would sing our praises for us. Word of mouth experience is the best! It’s not difficult to compare a Tour De France bike to a tricycle…… but if you always ride a tricycle you’ll never know the difference.

I agree, expensive but very good hanger, I am very happy

Hey Marlon, I been hanging with your product since late 2016,I love it and have gained even though I made some mistakes along the way. I’m up to 17lbs but I’m only able to do 20-30 minutes max at a time and rarely can go again because I noodle out from the stretch and it’ll slide down my shaft. So is it okay to do that much weight for a shorter amount of time? I know everyone says it should be 2 hours a day but I’m real heavy at this point, also, I been at 17lbs for about 7 months and only once was I able to go an hour. Thanks.

Good job!

Do you start your hang at 17lbs.? If so I would recommend the following changes:
Start with less weight - say warm up with 8 lbs for 10 minutes, then pyramid up to 12 lbs for 10 minutes, 15 lbs for 10 minutes, 17 lbs for 10 minutes or finish out the hour if you can. Each time you add weight you don’t need to remove the chamber unless you feel a slip during any of the sets. Just refresh vacuum to an appropriate level for each weight increment. Follow up your hang with very aggressive traditional hand stretches for 5-10 minutes.
Wear a Girth Band or portion of silicon sleeve at the base to prevent “turtling”. Even better if you can wear 2-4 girth bands or portions of silicon sleeve 1 3/4” to 2” long. They will keep your flaccid long and extended while you recover.

Since you’re well beyond a year of training and are using more than 15 lbs. I’d also suggest you start implementing other more advanced exercises that don’t require as much weight. Such as the Fulcrum and Bundle.

I’ve been using LGH for a few weeks now and love it. Setup is easy and comfortable

I use the Glans cap you sell for my wrap.I plan to continue this as I progress up in weight Is this as effective as taping? If so, it seems like the way to go

Glans protection

There are a variety of methods one can employ for glans protection, and there really is no right or wrong way to do it. If you are having issues with glans protection, then try each one a few times to determine which method suits you best. It really boils down to which feels best to you, and that’s a matter of preference. This also means that as you progress in your hanging experience you might need to adjust or change the wrap technique.
I personally prefer one strip of microfoam tape about 1 1/2” - 2” long across the front of my glans, followed by a wrap of the blue tender tape. I’ve posted photos of this on a couple different TP threads.

If you decide you prefer the silicon glans cap there is one thing you need to be aware of….. and that is that is can plug the vacuum port hole and prevent vacuum from being extracted from the chamber, and give a false Hg reading. So if you are using a glans cap, you need to put something at the bottom of the inside of the chamber that breathes and allows vacuum to be extracted. There are several things that can be used…. a small piece of sponge, a piece of gauze, a cotton ball or cosmetic wipe, basically anything that breathes and prevents the port hole from being plugged.

Thanks for that tip on placing a sponge in the chamber, didn’t think about that until now and I’ll be incorporating that into my setup. Just ordered a few more Glans Caps, I’ll be using that method going forward.

How many weight jumps do you suggest taking in a 1 hour set before reaching top working weight?

For example, I’m in week 5 now and up to 6lbs as my top weight.

I attach the weight arbor for 30 seconds(1lb) then add 1 1/4lb for 5 minutes( 2 1/4lbs), and add another 1 1/4lb each 5 minutes until i hit 6lbs and stay at that for the whole set. Is there any downsides to doing it this way in regards to hitting fatigue and should i look to attach the working weight right away instead of this progressive approach?

Once you’re warmed up you can start with 3 lbs.
I’d suggest 3 lbs for 15 minutes and then go right up to your 6 lbs. for another 30 minutes. Try that for a few days and if you have no complications, stretch out the 6 lb time for another 15 minutes for a full hour hang session. Be sure to follow your hang session up with 5 -10 minutes of very aggressive hand stretches, then wear your girth band or sleeve portion at the base to prevent retraction.

Gradually adding weight to your hang session is a good way to train. A suggested progression you can try once you get up to the 8 week level would be to start out with 3 lbs for 10 to 15 minutes, add two pounds for another 15 minutes, then another two pounds for 15 more minutes. As you gain experience and conditioning you can stretch out those time increments until you get up to a full hour.

Many define “fatigue” in terms of soreness. I don’t necessarily agree with that. You won’t always feel soreness with fatigue. A very loose, pliable flaccid penis that you can stretch beyond what your normal full flaccid length stretch is also considered fatigue in my estimation.

Is there a suggestion for amount of mmhg per lb?
