latest hanging routine
I have tried to read Kojack10’s thread( A Possible Breakthrough. About TIME ! ) from the very beginning, but am sorry to say that I have a big issue with ADD, and can not fully comprehend what he has been saying. My ADD just makes me want to stop reading anything that I can not understand because it gets very frustrating to me. In any case, this is what I have been doing with my hanging-
At the weight level that I feel fatigue at, I have been hanging 3 sets a day(1 1/2 hours with 10 minute rest inbetween sets). I keep doing that weight level each day for three sets until I do not reach fatigue anymore-usually about 1 1/2 weeks would suffice. Then I add a pound or two, and then hang that 3 times a day until I don’t feel that fatigue anymore. Is this a good way to reach any gains, and also cement any of what I have already gained?
