I have tried to read Kojack10’s thread( A Possible Breakthrough. About TIME ! ) from the very beginning, but am sorry to say that I have a big issue with ADD, and can not fully comprehend what he has been saying. My ADD just makes me want to stop reading anything that I can not understand because it gets very frustrating to me. In any case, this is what I have been doing with my hanging-

At the weight level that I feel fatigue at, I have been hanging 3 sets a day(1 1/2 hours with 10 minute rest inbetween sets). I keep doing that weight level each day for three sets until I do not reach fatigue anymore-usually about 1 1/2 weeks would suffice. Then I add a pound or two, and then hang that 3 times a day until I don’t feel that fatigue anymore. Is this a good way to reach any gains, and also cement any of what I have already gained?

Well, I guess since nobody has anything to say to discourage me from this routine, I will stick with it. I am reaching fatigue in every set I am doing now, allthough some are not until having about 5-10 minutes left in the set. I will measure after a couple months of doing this routine to see if it produces any gains. Also, this is using the RS/DT fulcrum.

The thread you was reading is more academic than pragmatic.

I think you are doing well, just don’t overestimate the importance of weight; if you can, try doing 1 more set (not exceeding 20 minutes x set), time under tension is the major element.

Excuse me, what’s ADD?

1 pound increments would be better I think.

Yes, I have read this before and have followed all guidelines. I was up to a whopping 25lbs hanging S/O with RS/DT fulcrum, and was getting stuck on 7.5-7.75 side BPEL. I have been trying to hang more sets, at least 4 instead of 3 at 20 minute increments(always 20 minute). I have also been hanging more when I get home from work at night. I will continue this routine at 21lbs, and increasing when no fatigue is reached(21lbs has reached sufficient fatigue for a week so far), for the next month and see if I can’t report any more gains.

ADD= Attention Deficet Disorder
It is a learning disability that many have(and do not know it),usually diagnosed at childhood.
