Just started hanging.

Okay I have now added hanging to my routine and today I hung with 5lbs.

I just started hanging myself with 5lbs and to tell you the truth 5lbs doesnt feel like much at all. I’m still trying to learn to stretch my ligs instead of the skin.

Today I was sitting on the floor and put the weight over one of the bars of a clothing dry rack that I have to try to get a higher stretch. I was still pulling on the weight to get a better stretch. I’ve been doing manual stretching for 2months now and maybe that has made it so that 5lbs doesnt feel like much. But I’ll stick to 5lbs for now and not rush it.

I’m up to 7.5 now. And 5lbs is not that heavy anymore.
So yeah I got used to it. I will stay at 7.5lb for a while though.
I get a real good stretch with that weight.
