Can’t make new threads in the hangers thread, so I’ll just put it in here and a mod can either leave it here or move it if they want to.

My Bib Starter arrived earlier this afternoon, I ran out and bought a 2.5lb weight, and then just now completed 3 sets of about 10 minutes. My penis feels fatigued but I didn’t feel any pain. Sometimes I felt a little bit too much skin pulling during the sets, and just tried to adjust it as best I could. I want to make sure I was getting as much of the internals pulling as possible, although I’m circumcised pretty tightly so I’m sure I’ll need to get some good skin stretching as well.

Between sets I just used a hot washcloth and applied it to my dick and pubic area, then just did some helicopters.

After the 2nd set I thought ‘well, the best way to restore blood flow is probably just getting an erection” so I watched like 2 minutes of porn while doing helicopters and achieved an erection almost immediately. Figure that’s a good sign for EQ lol.

Overall I think it went well, I was a little intimidated by the hanger and all the different settings, but I just read the manual a few times and played with it for a bit. I think I adjusted it pretty well because I feel the fatigue but I didn’t feel any pain. Hopefully I wake up with a raging boner tomorrow morning

One other thing.. Has anybody successfully made an ANS that they trust and use every night? I know some people say you’re playing with fire, but if you could theoretically design something that can be worn for 8+ hours during the day without needing to be removed, without restricting blood flow, etc. Then wouldn’t wearing it at night be extremely beneficial, especially if you PE at night? My plan is to PE at night and then wear an ANS (after I find one that I trust) because your body heals during sleep, and you want to heal in your extended state correct? Thinking about leaving a wrap on tonight to keep my flaccid big, I don’t want this hanging to go to waist by healing in a shortened state.

Obviously not, I’m not talking about cutting off blood flow though. Like I said, I feel like there’s got to be some way to give a good stretch overnight that’s safe and non-restricting. Once I figure out what it is, I think that would be almost like the holy grail of PE. Hang at night before bed, then wear a ANS device and keep your penis fully stretched while your body heals during sleep, making sure you always heal longer than you did before.

I’ve heard countless people on this website say that you should use an ADS after hanging to make sure you don’t heal short, well what if you hang at night? An ADS doesn’t really help

So tonight was night #2.

I felt more discomfort tonight. I think this is because last night I did 3 sets, 10 minutes of SD. And tonight, I did 3 sets, 10 minutes of BTC, which felt way more intense. I remember Bib saying something like the first 2 weeks are all about skin stretching ,and I think I was doing a LOT of skin stretching at that BTC angle tonight. Can’t wait til this phase is over.

In between sets I again watched a few minutes of porn and did helicopters before achieving a moderate erection as a way to promote blood flow. My EQ in between sets was only like 6/10, but after my final set I got some lube and edged for like 20 minutes and my EQ was more like 8/10 for that.

I have a few questions:

1) Can anybody recommend a stealthy, discreet but long lasting way to apply heat? I’ve been using a hot washcloth to warm up with, and then in between sets, but it becomes such a pain in the ass to get up and go to the bathroom and run hot water for 5 minutes, constantly ringing out, then the water cools down, run it under the water again, then ring it out, rinse and repeat. I really don’t know if a rice sock would work for me, because then I have to go out to the kitchen and put a sock full of rice in the microwave which could arouse suspicion and questioning from the other members of my household

2) Is the skin stretching for the first few weeks normal? And does it really alleviate after a few weeks? Should I use the SD angle instead to just target the internals?

Hey doinbigthings i have just started hanging to only 6 days in. I get little stretching skin to think that normal. Heat i use hot water in a mug no one should no if your walking around with that and dont thing you need to watch the porn just keep it warm blood will flow hope that helps.

So the BTC angle is really intense for me because of the skin stretching, I’ve started doing 2 sets of SD and 1 set of BTC. Do you think that’s OK for a couple weeks or is that considered a “shotgun” approach? Should I just man up and hang BTC until I no longer get skin stretching pain?

I’m actually doing it right now and the pain isn’t as bad, but I think it’s because my mind is distracted by writing this post.

When I stand up and do SD I feel like I’m getting all penis, no skin pulling. Feel almost no discomfort, but still feel like I got fatigued.

Rice sock is your best bet if you can do it, you will love it. takes about a minute to heat it..

As for an ADS/ANS, I suggest an Autoxsleeve, search it here or Google it for Monkeybars site, you’ll want to try the yellow or blue sleeve with the discreet end cap. You can wear this comfortably while you sleep or while awake, no problem.

How would it work as an ANS though if you’re laying horizontally in your bed?

Hi doinbigthings when you hanging are you getting alot of blood in the head mite just be me but some times when i have taken hanger off looks dark and beat up now if i am the only one getting this i’ve got to change somethink or make diffrant hanger.

My head always look dark after a twenty minute hang.

A few minutes kegelling and the colour returns.

Any more than twenty minutes is asking for trouble though.

Ok thanks thats put my mind at rest just fort i mite of been doing somethink wrong.

Either gradually work the angle down from SD to BTC over the next week or two, or do a mix of the two like you are now - gradually moving toward more BTC, or you can just start hanging BTC at a lower weight and work your way up in weight over the next couple weeks.
