The Xsleeve rolls on your dick and keeps you from turtling, keeps it in extended state. There are weighted end caps if you want some tug, or use it as an anti turtle device like I usually do.

So this is 100% safe to use overnight? I’ll definitely look into it.

It keeps you from turtling, but does it do anything to give you a flaccid stretch?

Just an update, I took a night off on Friday, it was unintentional. I’ve had a bad cold all week, and I took some nyquil friday night and accidentally fell asleep before I could do my workout lol. Got back to it last night, and I’m about to do my sets for tonight.

I’m not planning on taking any days off except in the case of injury/excessive soreness, or if I’m out of town (I’m gonna be out of town in a few weeks, just for one night). I really don’t want to heal short and lose any progress I make.

When do you think I should take my first measurement? After 1 month?

With 10 minute sets I never experienced this, but I just did my first 15 minute set and was almost SHOCKED at the darkness of my head lol.

It went away as soon as I took the hanger off, so I don’t think it’s a big deal.

I did 3 sets x 10 minutes all of week 1 on 2.5 lbs. My plan for the next few weeks:

Week 2: 2.5 lbs, 3 sets x 15 minutes
Week 3: 2.5 lbs, 3 sets x 20 minutes
Week 4: finally increase the weight

Does everyone think that looks like a good plan of attack? I want to keep the weight as low as possible for as long as possible

Yep head gets darker for the longer sets, and immediately goes back to a healthy red when the hanger comes off. If it gets really dark, like blackish, or it doesn’t go back to normal right away, then you need to change something up, whether it’s the wrap or the tightness or whatever. But what you described sounds normal.

That progression looks good too. It’s smart to keep the weight low for the first few weeks while you learn your way around the hanger. But remember we’re always going by feel rather than absolute weight. 2.5 feels one way to one guy, and another way to another guy. If 2.5 lbs literally feels like it’s doing nothing , then you could add a pound. It is a learning period, but you also want to feel some stress because you’re learning about the correct stress feelings too. For some people 2.5 lbs is enough to do that, for other people it takes more. Don’t go over 5 lbs in your first few weeks though. And don’t add more than 1-2 lbs per week.

Before 5.5" x 4.1" ///////// Now 7.4" x 4.9"

I’ve only been hanging for a week and a half, but I’ve noticed that I have a fatter flaccid hang during the day, and I think I might be seeing some more vascularity in my dick. That could just be a placebo affect or my mind playing tricks on me, who knows.

That’s why it’s recommended to take pictures periodically. I know how much of a psychological effect better EQ, flaccid hang and such can have before making any gains (not that it’s a bad thing).

Either way, bigger flaccid and more pronounced veins are some of the most common early reports for many exercises, so it’s likely you aren’t just imagining it.

My EQ actually improved when I first started hanging.

It is good to start off with lighter weight and get more sets in until you begin to feel fatigue that you need to do something about, then you lower the weight.

There is no missing the feeling, it can come on quite suddenly and it demands that you lower the weight immediately, which is why I build up the weights with smaller ones so that I can drop a pound when needed.
