Just started hanging today NEWBIE HANG

I am actually hanging as I write this. I took a trip to home depot today to get supplies, and made a hybrid of the captains wench and my own. I am hanging 5 pounds right now! Before I set up my hanger, I made a rice warmer (a sock full of rice, put in mircrowave to make hot, and put on penis to warm before stretch). I am also using a silicon wrap, which really works well.

It’s a crazy feeling! I feel like this thing being pulled from my pelvis, feels like my ligament is stretching.I been doing PE with a penis pump all my life, and never stretched, this is awesome!

You need to learn to managed these two:

Pain = to injury

Fatigue = gain

Pump sound pleasurable while hanging you will notice overtime that might be little bit boring. Be strong

I really don’t want to know what this ‘hybrid hanger’ looks like. One day maybe I’ll have the force.

I think 5lbs is too much to start man. I hanged at 5lbs for a while till I moved up made my way to 12lbs and now over a year later I went back down in weight but more sets. Currently at 5-6lbs for 5-6 sets a day of 20 minutes a set. Anyways good luck and stay consistent.

Thanks for the reply, I noticed a sharp pain in my right side on pubic bone so I realized yes, 5 pounds is to much. I am going to start at 2.5 pounds instead.
I did 5 sets 20 minutes each. I sat on the arm of my chair, pubic bone sticking out slightly while device was hanging. basically I was sitting down, this way I felt a crazy tug on my pubic bone. I felt a sharp pain, and immediate inflammation. I figured that is the fluid from the ligament, read that happens.

I understand pain can lead to injury, but what do you mean by fatigue? Thank you for your help!

Okay thanks for the feedback, yes 5 pounds was too much. I am down to 2.5 pounds

I just started today as well. I hung with 5lbs but I had one end of the weight resting on the floor. That way I could control the pressure to start. I am looking forward to good gains soon and I wish the best to you too. Go with the weight that you are comfortable with. I started with 5 because I have been doing PE for about 8 months steady. I have had little to no gains in manual exercise despite how hard I pull. My hands only get tired and I feel I haven’t done enough. Du Werk and good luck. Hope to hear more about your experience with it.

You are looking to get injured if you have been doing PE for 8 months and no gains along with the part about no matter how hard you pulled. This leads me to believe you are over training, scale the weight back do it right or don’t do it at all.

P.S wtf does Du Werk mean??

I had originally started a while ago when I first started to research this. It was 4 years ago but stopped within a year. I started it back up again about 2 years ago and have been on and off since. Recently I have been getting into a more constant schedule

Fatigue is a term some of the hanger’s vet adopt to define the period or number of hours of hanging spent for certain time that will deform the tissue and make it easier to expand after certain period. To reach fatigue you need many hours in your belt in hanging and it means at least 4-6 months with AM and PM routine in place.
