100% hanging. I am sure plenty of guys have done combination workouts; I have combined hanging and girth work in the past. But I do think tht you get the most bang for your buck simply hanging a lot.
Invest as much time as possible hanging but do it smart.. Do massages and jelqing in between sets to get the kinks out and keep circulation good. Practice getting your gear off quickly and safely.
