Bib, I received the email that you’ve shipped my hanger. I’ve taken notes from a bunch of hanging posts in the Hanger’s Forum….but I still have a couple questions…

1) Is hanging the only PE you do, or do you throw in some jelqs, stretches, etc.?

2) What was your rate of gains from hanging?

2) Once upon a time, Bib posted his measurement records. Someone plugged the data into a spreadsheet, did some calculations, and posted the results. I think that was one of the threads deleted at PE Forums during the Misguided Purge.

I don’t recall the overall average rate of gain, but I do remember it wasn’t consistent each month. Some months didn’t produce much, while others were outstanding. That seems to be the case with PE.

And there ist Not Enough who analysed BiB’s monthly gains some time ago. Found the stuff somewhere on my HD. Hope you don’t mind, NotEnough, if I repost it here again:

Looks like you gained at an over all average rate of .252 inches per 30 day period BUT from 2/23/99 to 3/7/99 you were gaining at a .625 per month rate, you then gained nothing thru 3/30/99, from 3/30/99 to 4/16 you gained at a .662” per month rate, and so on. In other words at times you were gaining VERY quickly and other times virtually nothing. Very interesting. Thanks for the data.”

Wow, that is really great. No way I could have found that stuff.

That is one thing I always regret about my PE career. That I had so little faith, I did not keep up with measurements from the beginning. I wish I had taken careful measurements of everything possible. I also wish I had taken some pictures with a ruler for my own benefit.

But I truly did believe PE was a farce, at least for any major gains. I did not believe I could place the stresses needed on my unit to acheive traction gains. Boy, was I wrong.

Be sure you do a little BTB jelqing between sets to restore complete circulation. Also, at the end of your hanging session, do 10-20 minutes of 50-80 % erection jelqing to make sure of complete circulation. Then, if you want, put on an ADS device.

Wow. It’s amazing to read the stats like that. Once uni starts in September I have as much privacy as I need and I’m going to be doing 5-6 hours of hanging per day. It also ensures that I do the same amount of time studying per day - so PE and study can dynamically keep each other in check.

Hopefully the next academic year will make my length goals…

BTW Bib, I actually have a highish LOT, 10ish o’clock - calculated it wrong :o - so would 9 - 10 months of hanging 5 - 6 hours per day for 5 days a week be likely to produce 2 inches of length?

Sorry, I know it’s a stab in the dark, but I’m sure your stab will be more accurate than anybody else’s…

It will really depend on your individual physiology. How tough, in general, are your connective tissues? Any problems with sprained ankles, knee problems, elbow, shoulder problems? I have always had ankle, knee, and shoulder problems from weak connective tissues. They stretch, but they have never torn.

I think guys with really tough tissues tend to get really bad joint injuries from tears when exposed to tremendous force. But other than that, they are generally in really good shape as far as joints go.

PE is probably about the only benefit for us guys with weak connective tissue.

If your tissues are not too tough, two inches with that kind of regimen is not out of bounds.

I meant to add the following.

With a LOT of 10, you should have a fairly high exit point, and quite a bit of internal penis. If you can get the tissues to cooperate, you should have the gains potential from lig stretch to get you well on your way.

Hello Bib,

I am curious as to if you think taller people have more weaker connective tissues? I have had shitloads of twisted and sprained ankles. My last one was in 2/00. I had sprained my ankle so bad they thought it was broken and a huge hemotomia developed that took 5 months to go away.

I had Ozgoodschleiter’s Disease in my kness at 12. Only tall or really heavy set people get this. I have kneee pain and joint pain too. Is all my suffering a possible boom to my penis? At last the agony pays off.

I have back, neck, elbow and shoulder problems too. Christ! I feel like I am a walking corpse. ;) I just thought I was horribly out of shape.

So in general is it the weakness of the ankles and other connectives or just the large amounts of uncoordination that tall people have growing up?

Man, I just have not idea. I think you would realize that you are a ‘special’ case, in more ways than one.

You have the oportunity through a greater fulcrum effect to put more stress on joints and connective tissues than most people. If someone hits you in a locked knee, the results would be much worse than for a guy four feet tall.

There are soo many variables in the human body that it is tough to come up with absolutes.

No problem. I was just asking if you had any interesting possible rules of thumb or observed anything you couldn’t quite put your finger on?

I guess the variables and uniqueness of my condition throws much to the wind.

I have sprained both my ankles a bunch of times. My shoulder too. Maybe you’re right, Bigger. I also think that the hours of hanging (including night hanging) are what makes the difference.
