Just got an autoXleeve

I can put a few pounds of tension on it comfortably ( more than I was expecting.) I had only wanted to use it as an ads, but now I’m a bit curious. Do you need to hang in the 10-15 lb range for results, or can gains be made at lower (1-2 lb) weights?


Current: Flaccid 4x4 NBPEL 6.5 BPEL 7.5 EG 5-5.25

Goal: Flaccid 6x5 NBPEL 8 BPEL 8.5 EG 6

A 2” elastic bandage wrap can also be used, albeit weightless, it will keep you somewhat longer. Monitor circulation to avoid wrapping too tightly. I also have a variety of the Xleeve products.

@adros that was all I planned on using it for, but I’m surprised at how well it holds. Has anyone had gains hanging at lower weights, or only above ten pounds. I’m very hesitant to hang at those levels, so If possible I’d be very happy to learn that gains can be had with low weights, even if not with an autoxleeve.

After a day of use, the autoxleeve is very comfortable and working like a charm.
