Just fatique, or totally fatiqued?
I have had one time that I hung for 3,5 hours hangtime. In the last set I had downed the weight until 1 kilo. Even the one kilo was too much, so I had to stop. It was a great workout. Totally Fatiqued.
Do you always have to go as far until it is impossible to hang more?
At the moment it is getting difficult to reach total fatigue. For example now I have already hung 2 hours and 40 minuten. I do feel fatique now, but not totally fatique. I begin with 3,5 kilo, now I am getting difficulty with 2 kilo.
I am thinking; is it enough to stop now. Or should I further until I can’t go any farther with one kilo. What do you think?
