I’ve been hanging everyday but only 2 20 minute sessions per day, followed by some tunica stretching exercises. No visible gains as of yet, and I dont plan on measuring for awhile. I think I over did it the first time around and drove myself nuts. I’m hanging 8lbs OTS for now. Still experimenting with different wraps, amount of wraps, and my wrapping technique.


Sounds like you are on the right track. Just take it slow and relax.

Don’t get impatient and try to move up in time or weight too fast.
