I want to stress that wrapping is a must man. The no hurt paper tape IS A LIFE SAVER (or penis saver). It has completely eliminated fluid build up. I just got done doing my second 1 hour set at 5lbs. All you feel is ligs no skin. Pretty dame sore man! And my head came out with absolutely no fluid build up. I’ve been trying a new wrapping technique where I make a cross at the top of the head. Then I wrap the whole head starting from the bottom to just below the top. Then finally I put one more layer of tape over the top and insert. Works like a charm so far. Let me know what’s up.

I don’t know this ‘cap’ and how it would allow you to attach weight?

The thing that says End cap. It has a triangular hook built into it. Do you have a link for the Cup set?

I sent you a PM. Where would I find something to attach weights to the homemade vac hanger, somewhere that’s not from a PE equipment site but regular stuff?

I believe attachments can be built on at Home Depot or a store like it. You just bring it in and they will help I believe. Or at least that is what I am going to try to do. If a Veteran Vac Hanger could chime in that would be great.

I believe these are some of the caps from Home Depot. As you can see they are pretty darn cheap.

I’m trying to make this and I tried a surgical glove but the fingers were too thin so I cut the end of a condom and tried that but it doesn’t hold very well and when I use the vacuum pump it vacuums but then sort of ‘deflates’ again. Also, I can’t figure out how to attach weight to it.
