Just an update in koookyville
Just thought I would give a shout to let everyone know I
haven’t ripped my dick off yet. I have been doing alot of
reading and have settled in to what I believe is a pretty good
routine. At least I THINK it is. Any suggestions?
1 20 min x 13 lbs…BTC
2 20 min x 13 lbs BTC
3 20 min x 13 lbs BTC
4 20 min x 10 lbs BTC
5 20-30 min x 5 lbs BTC
6 ????—-I then keep up the 5 lbs until I feel I CAN’T go another minute
then take a ten min break then go again.
I have actually felt with this workout that I CANNOT go another minute. The
stress is killing me. Not pain…just the fatigue. I have also been
really into the golf weights. I use 2-3 weights at a time and have had no
problems with blood flow.
Now that this seems to be ok, a few questions….go figure
1. Anyone else here using the ACE self-adhesive bandage as a wrap?
I love using it. I use the 2 inch and sometimes the 3 inch but holy
crap batman does it sting getting it off!!! Baby powder before I wrap?
2. I know I have read a million times not to go over 20 min, BUT, can I
go 30 min at a lower weight? Like 5 lbs?
3. I have been at 13 now for about a week and want to go to 15
starting next week to fatigue the ligs quicker then back it down to 10
Smart move or not?
4 Really dumb question here, but am I the only one that has to move
my nut sack to one side when I hang BTC?
