Well, today was my first day hanging. Quite interesting. For the first time, I think I did pretty well. I tried to read on the topic before hand, but it still doesn’t quite prepare you.

I am using a BIB and the only thing I noticed was the skin on the top of the penis is getting pinched when I tighten it down. I was wrapped, but i can/still felt the pinch. I think i will re-read some of the old threads and also experiment a little.

Funny, since I have been pulling my penis for over a year now, i thought I could handle the weight no problem. I started at 10lbs and I struggled with doing 2 ten minute sets. I guess hanging does put a nice, constant stretch on the penis.

Ten pounds is far to much weight to start with, regardless of how long you have PE’ed.

Try with 2 or 3 pounds, get your wrapping right, and then move up in weight only as required.

Remember, you are trying to facilitate growth with the lowest weight possible. It is not a weight lifting competition.

Thanks for clearing that up, I was getting worried. 10 lbs. out of the starting box, Yowch!

For the pinch, you may need to wrap a little snugger. And/or open the gap at the bottom to give a little more room without bugling up into the teeth.

I would recommend starting at 3-4 pounds and try to hang three 20 minutes sets. If you don’t get “fatigue” after a couple of days bump up to 5 pounds and repeat.

If you are getting skin pinch on top (dorsal side) you either have you threaband too loose, and or hex nuts on bottom too tight.

Still having troubles with getting everything just right. This is only my third day of hanging, and from what I have read, I expect it to take a while to get the settings right.

What I am wondering is, has anyone noticed a difference in settings from day to day? Yesterday I did a long girth routine and when i woke up this morning to hang, my dick was still nice and fat. So, all of that work I spent trying to get the hanger just right didn’t help because my girth was different and I really strugled getting comfortable today. It’s frustrating trying to devote 1 hour to hanging and only getting 30 minutes in because of all the adjustments.

Anyone else have this “day to day” problem?

The bib is very adjustable so once you get it right you will be good to go. But you will always have a little pinch or squeeze here or there so don’t sweat it to much as long as it don’t hurt.

Once you have found a successful way to wrap/hang, you must be able to duplicate it the next day. Doing a girth routine will throw everything out of whack. I suggest you stop doing girth and concentrate on hanging.


I have such a hard time stoping my girth work. I enjoy the way my penis looks and feels after a nice clamp/pump session. I know I should, but I am having a hard time with it.

Dino- Good to know there will be some kind of “pinch”. I had some today, but it didn’t hurt or anything. This may be more of a concern when (a ways off) I go up to higher weight.
