So far my routine is
5 min warmup
3 20 min hanging with 10 min break in between
5 min warmdown

Everyother day I jelq for 10 mins with 5 mins manual stretching.

Is the jelqing necessary?

Should I just hang every day instead?

Is a warmup for hanging necessary? Or should I just hang ever min I get and just put it on whenever?

Also should I clamp as well for girth because I have only gained base girth in all my PE time?

I hang every day and jelq every other day for 15 mins.
It depends what you want to gain in first.

People say it’s easier to gain length while your unit is thinner so therefore length work should be done before any girth work.
Packing a routine with EVERYTHING may do the trick for you but for me it didn’t.

I got girthy, because I gain girth easily and barely gained any length. So now I’m pretty much only hanging with 15 mins of jelqing thrown in every other day.
I do this because it just promotes good penile health.

I used to hang alone but now I jelq also. It is a huge difference, I got my results from both and I got long fat flaccid all day long and I do not warm up and down anymore. I use those 10 minutes also for PE.

20 minutes hanging just one set and 10 minutes jelqing with uli’s and gained I” in length. I used to hang One hour but wright now I do not have such amount of time.

It is also a good idea to do some light jelqing in between your hanging sets to get some fresh blood in there. I usually do light jelqs for about five minutes in between my hanging sets. Your dick will thank you.
