I started back up jelqing 2 days on 1 off routine along with my hanging and was planning on pumping before jelqing for 20 minutes. I do all my jelqing when I’m done hanging for the day. I just wanted to know if pumping and jelqing would stall my hanging gains. I know hardcore girth exercises are no good right now.

I haven’t been able to wrap my head around the concerns over doing girth work while also hanging. I could be wrong … but I just don’t gt it.

The only concern that I had was my ability to stay consistent while attacking the PE challenge with too many types of exercize.

For me I like to hang after I have done my jelquing. My sense is that the jelquing gets me good and limber and ready for the weights to do their magic.

As long as you don’t sacrifice consistency … knock yourself out!

The problem comes when no matter what exercise it is, you go overboard with time or force and start causing visible injury. It is injury that stalls progress. It is often hard to combine multiple aggressive PE exercises without crossing that injury line.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Makes sense, last thing I need is a injury. Anybody with some experience have any advice? Or had any injurys from this?.

The advice is to take it easy, especially when combining PE techniques.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I have never tried pumping so I can’t offer advice there.

However, for the past sevral months, I have combined Hanging with Jelqing, Manual stretching and a simple ADS.

The only issue that I had was a couple ingrown hairs.

I dry jelq and Hang in the early morning.

I wear the ADS for 2 to 4 hours during the day (depending on what is going on at work).

In the evening I do manual stretching with a fulcrum and finish with wet jelqing

How much jelqing do you do?. Would it be safe to work my way back up to 500 reps or would that be overkill?. I’m going for 6/20 minute hanging sets a day and plan on jelqing after my last hanging set for the day along with a little bit of pumping( might save the pumping just for nights I’m getting some).

Sounds like a more than adequate amount of hanging time if you are able to keep consistent. It is a bit more than i am able to do consistently.

I’ll bet a nickle that if you are consistent you will see an uptick in your gains in a couple weeks of that level of hanging. Personally, since i styarted I have done almost exclusively BTC hanging with a little SD … i.e. i have been focused on the ligs first.

As for Jelqing …, I do 300 - 400 Jelqs a day … Sometimes more if I am not able to get in the Hanging time that i want to. I really don’t think 500 will be too much. As in everything else .. your dick will tell you if you are pushing it too far.

I have also been mixing up with hanging and clamping. I try to do more of the hanging than clamping. The thing I like is that I do not have much time for jelqing. Privacy is an issue. I can barely get in a few days a week of hanging with 3-4 sessions of 20 minutes. I clamp in the am with showers and getting ready about 2 times for 15-20 minutes each. Does anyone have a thought on spreading out the 15-20 minute hanging sessions to try and get 4-5 in a day? It seems like it would be best to do them back to back but what about 1-2 spread out during the day? I have made gains with hanging of about .75 inch in about 6 months. Thanks

Anybody else want to share their experiences with a similiar routine?
