Is hanging a serious hardcore thing? Should I wait a certain amount before starting to hang? I clamp also. I love BTC Stretching and it works soooo much better then manual stretches which IMO are worthless. Just wanted to know how long one should wait before making the jump into hanging.

Experimenting lightly with hanging sounds like the best option for your circumstances. At least try doing that before getting involved with, as you put it, “serious, hardcore” hanging - you should never jump right into intense work-outs with hanging (or any other PE technique), especially if you haven’t experimented with it first.

How old are you? I ask not for the age to hang but because you need to use common sense. When I started I was 20 and use to hang a 10 pound dumbell attached with a coaxial cable with a tie know to the head of my cock. EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. But, everything is common sense; trial and error, always on the safe side. Today, you have it easy; you can buy a hanger kit or you can build your own from other’s ideas.


Present: 8.75" BPEL, 9.25" BPSFL, 5.3" EG

I waited about 6 months before I started hanging. I’m working on my wrap and thats a bitch.

If by “works”, you mean you’re gaining, cool, why stop?

For some reason I doubt that you’re doing any real controlled damage and deforming your ligaments with just a few BTC stretches though. My manuals stopped netting me gains after like 6 months.. I just could not pull hard/long enough to reach any kind of fatigue.

I should have started hanging, but instead turned more to alcohol as a PE routine, LOL.

Anyway, yeah, sooner or later pulling BTC will not feel like it’s doing anything. Enter hanging. Weights and a hanger can continue the pattern of putting more and more stress on your ligs, and do it better than pulling ever could. The best part is you can more or less quantify the damage you’re doing. Of course resistance from skin and other penile tissues will factor in, but the ligs will take the brunt of the stress when hanging BTC.

Even 2 or 3 sets (about an hour of time in private) twice a day at a good weight will keep the ligs pulled out and deforming.

You’ve got to keep increasing either time or weight.. but the key is reaching fatigue. This is where your ligs are just too sore to hang any more weight. Fatigue = deformation = longer ligs.

Just.. get a hanger.

This is honestly by far the most appealing part of hanging for me.

I’m going to start BTC hanging every now and then. Do any of you guys have any suggestions on how you do it, how you stay comfortable, and where in the hell do you place your balls.
