Well guys, My length gains are just not coming, I have been doing some BTC, SD, and a little SO stretching with wet jelqs in the morning and then some BTC, DL, DR, and dry jelqs at night, I have tried every single combo of on and off days, and my gains are not coming in length..so..

Its time to hang!

I am going to make a captains wench, and I am getting PE weights soon, so ya…

I will keep stretching just incase, because lately my ligs have been sore, but as I said, hanging and ADS might be the only thing for me because I probably have the toughest ligs known to man..seriously..

No GOF…I think I have the toughest ligs! I’ve started hanging also, in the hope that something (anything!) will happen. Anyway, look forward to hearing about your progress.

Count me in the “Club”. (Ultra-tough ligs) I started hanging nearly two months ago. So far it seems to be going fine. Getting over the boredom is one of the toughest “other” parts for me.

Read, read, read. Do anything to get your mind off of what your feeling.

Gameo. Get your ADS before you start heavy hanging and just see if they don’t give you some gains to begin with.

I have read every single hanging thread on her and I think I know what I am going to do, the basic 3X20 min, as light as I can for now, but so I can get the fatigue going, then maybe add a set at night once I get myt ADS, I will just be adding time or weight, then eventually hang heavy weight, and then use an ads all of the day almost.

I second Monty’s advise. Specifically, I recommend using an ADS as an adjunct to the newbie routine or whatever derivative thereof you’re doing. Start with a relatively low stress ADS and sequentially increase the stress, at the slowest rate possible to get and keep your gains moving, until you’ve maxed out the utility of your ADS system. Then go to hanging if you still want more length.

The absolute easiest gains I ever got were those that came from slowly increasing the stress of my ADS system toward the end of my newbie phase. I’d hate to see you miss these easy gains and get yourself into a prematurely overly conditioned state, which, if you haven’t done the slowly increasing stress ADS approach first, before going into hanging, you will, IMO.

But yes I will get that ads moving along slowly, I have 3 rings so i wll maybe start out with one for a months, then two, then hang anf use my ads with 2 rings then three rings.

I would suggest that you move up in rings as your wrap becomes more proficient. When you get to three rings that would be two pounds and should be good for a long long while. IF your getting any gains from that level then exhaust them but if not jump into your heavy hanging. If you don’t see any gains within two weeks I wouldn’t wait to start hanging heavier weights. We want to see some gains here not just little increments but something to put on paper. It very well could be that your manual stretches pound level could be greater then 2 pound and so your ADS even though it is an all day thing could be ineffective. I would hate to see you wasting time.

My ligs are now so thick that I can pinch them at the base and follow them almost all the way up the shaft to my glans. My gains are coming slower and slower but I believe they have not stopped.

Several times I thought that I had stopped gaining but I was wrong, my gians had just slowed down significantly. My advise is to pick/invent a system that allows you to make very precise measurements. Also record everything that you are doing that pertains to PE. When gains start to slow you will want to be very careful not to fall prey to erroneuos measurements.

For length I measure while pumping at a fixed vacuum. I measure from the end of the tube back to my glans. I get repeatability with this technique to +/- 1/32”. For girth I use a piece of dental floss while I am lubbed up.

I do think that holding back on heavy hanging is well advised. I did not and I think that it cost me in the long run.

I second that <shelovesit>.

The tube is the best most consistent measurement device we have. You can’t cheat in the tube. Just make sue that you measure at the same time interval each time. I take my reading at the 10 minute mark of whatever pressure your comfortable with.

But yes I really pull, I would say its close to 8 pounds, and ya I have to put a hold on the rings so I am making a captn wench to do both until I can get those rings.
