It's about time

Finally, I got some sort of gain. Checked my flacid stretch length and ‘bam’ 7 inches, I can’t believe it. I’ve been hanging SO for a little over a month now. So I will definitely stick with this position, and now time to kick it up a notch. More sets or more weight.

Hi T-rex, Congratulations on you gains. Like you, I have been hanging at higher angles aiming for erect gains. I am considering stretching SO, as opposed to up (using a pulley attached to a high shelf) as this current setup is very awkward and I wish to have a position which allows me to multitask more. How do you stretch out? Have you been doing any low angle hanging ontop of this? How long do you hang for, how many sets,days per week .etc?

What’s up Magus, you won’t get much multi-tasking here I usually like to but cannot in this position. I lay parallel to the floor upper body laying on bed lower leg area on dresser(with pillows on it, easier on the legs) and hang straight down. I can read a magazine, play gameboy while hanging and that is about it. No low angles at all only SO I feel like it focuses on one area only making it weak as possible.

I try to get in 6 sets a day but sometimes I can’t, 20 minutes a set if I can endure it I’ll go for 25 minutes, about 5-6 days a week. 15 -20 lbs.

Man this is irritating and disappointing now it’s not 7 inches anymore. In fact it’s not even at 6.75 anymore, this stuff gets very stressful. I invest all my time to this.

I hit 7.75” BPSFL. I stayed there for about 3 weeks and then, for no apparent reason, dropped back to 7.5”.

I posted earlier that merely taking a hot shower changed my BPFSL by 1/4”. Maybe that’s all you need.

If you are like me, you will eventually reach a point where you won’t expect the gains to come anytime soon. You’ll sign up for the 5-year plan. This means slow and steady, not a 24-7 obsession, but a part of your life, just like working out or brushing your teeth.

Try to limit yourself to 2 hours max per day. CUt it down even further if you’re getting bumbed out. Focus on other areas of your life that bring you pleasure. Your dick is already a good size. WHat’s the difference if you takes you 3 months or 3 years to reach your goals?

MM, thanks for the advice and uplifting you are right. I just wish that 1/4 in. gain would carry over to erect gains so I’d have at least 6 in. NBPEL.

You know what’s funny is, I don’t know if you read before when I said that it feels like my dick is just ready to be about 7 in. or more due to skin, ligs, etc. That the only thing holding me back is the left side of my tunica, it’s a lot tighter on that side.

So much so that yesterday I was measuring to the side by pulling my unit extreme left than extreme right. What I found was that pulling it to the right where the left side is the main limiter my tip of my glans was an inch and a half shy of passing the outer edge of my leg. Now when pulling it extreme left where the right side was the main limiter the tip of my glans passed the outer edge of my leg by an inch. This blew me away, that’s a difference of 2 1/2 inches. I fugure that has to be good for at least an inch and a half of gains waiting to be revealed. I’ve go to find a way to destroy this left side, maybe I should go up in weight drastically.

Hey Modesto, although I’m not yet thinking of hanging (well I am, but don’t have the time or resources yet) I love your advice. Although I’ve accepted I’ll be doing this for years, what you’ve said here makes it sound a lot easier. To me PE has sometimes almost become a 24-7 obsession when I’m at my most low (especially when I too have seen my gains drop back down after I thought I’d cemented them) and so I became worked up or anxious and would go at it more only to get fed up because that didn’t work and almost stop altogether. Now I have a good routine set up, I think, but my only problem is making sure I actually get up in the mornings! ;)

You see, I’m on vacation from uni, so I don’t have to get up for anything, besides PE or my martial arts, but they’re of an evening… oh yeah and eating, but I can just take food back to bed! I’m not really that lazy though, I’ve just had too many late nights recently, and for no good reason other than I go to bed when I’m tired, and thats just got me stuck in a rut of waking up late! Anyway, I’m driveling again so I’ll just say good advice again, Modesto! Thanks! :D

Re-re-start!: 6 Feb 17: 6.9" BPEL x 4.9" EG & 5.5" head. As of: 23 Feb 17: 7.0" BPEL x 5.0" EG & 6.0" head.

Ideal: ASAP: 8+" BPEL x 5.5+" EG & 6.5+" head But will continue if the going is good!!

Holy SHIT!!! Rifor how did you get a 6.3 in. head with under 5 in. girth? I must know your secret my girth is about 5.75 if I could have your success maybe I could have a 7 in. head. I don’t even think my glans is 5.5.

I’m still less than a year into my PE career. All of my gains have been newbie gains. I don’t know whether, when it comes to hanging, less is more or more is more. THere’s a great deal of uncertainty, and the different approaches seem to work for different people.

What I think I know with more certainty is that people become depressed when they focus all of their efforts on something that does not yield quick or predictable results. That’s why I think people should PE with dedication, consistency, and an intelligent plan; however, they should not let it become an obsession. It’s kind of like investing your money in the stock market. History shows that, over time, you will probably make money. But you’ll drive yourself crazy if you constantly check your stock prices and move your money around.

There will always be guys who will make a killing overnight, but that is not the rule. Slow and steady, with dedication and a good plan, will grow your willie and your wallet.
