Since I still live at home and can’t order a hanger/ too lazy to make one, I decided to try this.

I take a sock, wrap my penis in it (so there is little skin irritation), and then take a spare ankle weight (1.5 pounds) I have, and just tighten it around and hang.

I don’t know if it’s safe or what, but I did it for an hour the last 2 days, and I gained almost .25 of an inch. I tried this only because I had plateaued in my regular stretch routine.

Can a pro help me out? I need to know if it’s safe.



If you are getting adequate circulation and not getting numb you are ok. 1.25 lbs is the threshold for most ADS’s (All Day Stretcher). That gain is nice but not cemented. Search for ADS, cemented, physiological indicators (PI’s).
