So I would like to target the top portion of my penis as shown in the picture below. It seems like when I hang or jelq, I get the most gains from the underside of my penis. I can feel the thickness as compared to the top of my penis.

Should I try hanging at a certain angle like SU or SD or OTL to target the top portion of my penis?

You could try BTC / SD starting out, and if that doesn’t give the desired result you can try fulcrums later.

What will give you the best results for straightening of any problem is SO. It will attack the tight areas until everything is balanced.

I’d stay away from SD’s. No disrespect blink, just opinion.

The grass is always greener… I would love to have a bulging well-developed CS. As long as your unit is straight on the dorsal side, it would be considered straight (a well developed CS chamber can give the illusions of a curved unit).
