Is my routine flawed?

Is my routine flawed?

What i would like to know is what should I do to improve my routine. I go Mon-Fri and I was thinking that I should do some routine on the weekend but I barely have time.

Mon- Fri

Hang BTC (using the Bib starter with only theraband) 6 sets everyday between 10 and 17.5 pounds

sometimes I do the sets back to back some times not then ill do 3 in the morning and 3 at night

and then i jelq occasionally after my sets.

Are there any problems in my routine? Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

Are you not gaining anything? If not, me either. After 2 months of gradually increasing my weight. I’m at 11 1/4 lbs right now. Going up 1 /1/4 lbs per week.

Im I think I may have gain one 1/10 on an inch in two weeks. I’ve been thinking about possibly starting to hang SO in combination with BTC because I think I read some where that bib alternated days between BTC and SO, either that or he recommenced it.
