Is more time hanging always better with hanging?

I’m a little concerned about the fact that I don’t use an ADS.

If I hang both in the morning and evening, which I usually do and perform stretches every time I’m on the toilet, shouldn’t that help?

I would hate to put in all this effort and not get paid since I don’t have an ADS, but I’m a in a tight spot financially at the moment, so it’s hard to justify. I’m already a customer of you, but my rings is at my parents house and out of reach for now.

You don’t have to have an ADS but it serves as an insurance policy against missed routines. If your capable of day in and day out consistency then an ADS would be superfluous because you’ll never risk a complete healing cycle which would set back your progress.

So with my almost 8 weeks in a row without a single missed day, usually split routines each day and piss pulls, I should not be worried about this?

I still will get an ADS though, especially when I taper off, but might have to wait until I get to my parents house. :)

If I had the time, I’d do more sessions of hanging throughout a day than hanging time per session (assuming a good amount per session, however).

My gut reaction, even as I started to write this was, I don’t have the time. However, now I am seriously reconsidering it. And by that I mean, one basic, long hanging session (for me, at night), and a short, maybe 1-2 set of hanging the next morning.

Something feels right about that, at least theoretically.

Accelerating the micro trauma process

If I understand you correctly, a healing cream would demand more diligence at keeping the Micro traumas open and disallow healing in a regressive state. A healing cream will not produce an acceleration of gains but will produce toughening and even shortening. A healing cream would be counter productive.overall and shouldn’t be used until length goals are accomplished.
