Is it true girth may decrease through hanging?

Hi,

the title says it all: I read at a web site called askmen.com an article about penis enlargement and it said weight hanging is useless since:

- while the penis might get longer, it might get thinner
- it might produce dead tissue.

What you think about this?

I can tell you from first hand experience. I have done allot of hanging in the past and I have gained length and girth (mostly girth at the base)

I’m not sure what they mean by “dead tissue”, but I have experience no issues from hanging.

Try to imagine a balloon (one of the long thin ones). You stretch it out the by holding the open end and the far end. This stretches the balloon (i.e. tunica) and creates more potential for growth when you blow it up. It tends to create more potential in both directions (length and with) because you stretched it out. That is how I picture Hanging, or any form of stretching.

The tunica is made up of connective tissue that can be stretched permanently.

Girth never decreases by hanging. Your penis is not like a pice of play-doh clay that conserves matter by becoming thinner as it is stretched. It actually grows and stretches. Think of your penis as a conical structure like an old fashoned ice cream cone that is being pulled outwards. More of the base is exposed generating an increased base girth.

now, what are in YOUR opinion the most effective and efficient exercices for girth, as a complement to hanging. As we now, hanging alone increases base girth, what about the shaft, the head?

I know this site, the newbie’s starter guide, the search function and that tons of exercices exist out there for girth enhancement. I asked this question to know which few ones are the best. The variety of exercices someone invented someday is overwhelming, I need some guidance!

If your just starting out go with some jelqing first, that is how I made my 1st girth gains.

For advanced girth, I’ve always preferred Pan Squeezes, and now erect bends. (or semi erect bends for guys who don’t like erect bends) Titanflex’s new exercise appeals to me also, I am starting to incorporate them into my daily bathroom trips.

No “few ones” are the best. Only way to find out which are the best for you is to start trying things out and see what works, for you.

But yes, enough of us have been doing this long enough, that the volume of data and exercises is overwhelming for a vet, let alone a newbie.

I read the same article at askmen. When I tried researching hanging on google it seems every expert (like they have a PhD on the subject) knocks it as dangerous, impossible, caveman like etc.

Maybe they are talking about the noose type hanger used back in the days
