After spending hours reading ,and some time practiceing I think i will achieve my goals by hanging and pumping.I have tired the other methods of manual pe ,but I think things will move faster if i hang and pump with llittle manual use methods.Will hanging be to much for a beginer in pe?

If you have the right approach, and go by it with care, you can start hanging when you feel you are ready for it.

I would suggest beginning with manual forms of PE before anything else, if only to know exactly what is being discussed when you see things mentioned here. Also, jelqing is a good all round PE exercise, not only for size increase IMO:

I just cant get the hang of manual stretches.It hurts the head.I think that hanging will be a better way of stretchingWhat do you think about pumping after hanging?hang for lenght and pump for girth.I am going to stick with this, but i want a little more gain in a year than say half inch.

A long time ago, almost all the guys hung for length. Hanging was and is considered about the best for length. Many guys do not have the dedicated time to manual stretch.

The only difference between manual stretching and hanging is that you can measure the stresses with hanging, and do not have to tie up your hands.

I would recommend going solely for length first, and girth after you have reached your length goals.

Ya I read your post ,and agree that lenght will be atained easier if I concentrate on that first , and leave girth ,or let girth lag.

I’m in the process of learning to hang effectively and I have been using my Bib Hanger for probably 3.5 weeks.
I was initialy thinking that I would continue my pumping with my hanging routines I am putting in place.
But after being a pumper for a number of years I think that it would interferr with my hanging procedure.
I have realized that the way I was pumping was not 100% effective but I did it enough to learn the principles of pumping.

Once I got pumping big time the skin was never sore any more but did need time to recover from the sessions.

My concerntration is directed towards hanging and I must say that it is becoming more interesting the more I am learning about it.
I suggest that you limit pumping if your are going to hang.

But if you find that your skin can handle both hanging and pumping then I reckon go for it. I certainty wouldn’t be able to and to be honest I have a feeling that hanging is going to be more successfull than pumping was for me.
Just me thoughts on the subject.

I want to work on girth but I don’t want to stop hanging. I guess my question is now that I have a new length goal should I stick with the rubber band theory or toss in a some girth work?

What is your new length goal? Also, what is your LOT?

My new length goal is 9bpel. I started with 7.75, and just reached 8.5.

I’m not sure about my LOT. I read up a bit on it but I’m not completely clear on how to determine it.

If you want another half inch, I would suggest keeping solely with the length work. If you determine your LOT to be below 7:30 or so, you will need to concentrate on tunica work, and a thinner shaft should be easier than a thick one.
