I’m in the process of learning to hang effectively and I have been using my Bib Hanger for probably 3.5 weeks.
I was initialy thinking that I would continue my pumping with my hanging routines I am putting in place.
But after being a pumper for a number of years I think that it would interferr with my hanging procedure.
I have realized that the way I was pumping was not 100% effective but I did it enough to learn the principles of pumping.
Once I got pumping big time the skin was never sore any more but did need time to recover from the sessions.
My concerntration is directed towards hanging and I must say that it is becoming more interesting the more I am learning about it.
I suggest that you limit pumping if your are going to hang.
But if you find that your skin can handle both hanging and pumping then I reckon go for it. I certainty wouldn’t be able to and to be honest I have a feeling that hanging is going to be more successfull than pumping was for me.
