Is It Possible To Grow Just From Hanging

Could you get .5 inch gain in 3 months from just hanging good weight for 40-60 minutes per day?

Or do you have to do the ADS as well?

Is it possible? Yes, it has happened to other members here. The problem is, our penises are not all made the same way. Some have and others have not. The only way you can truly get an answer to that question is to dedicate the next 3 months to hanging and see for yourself (assuming you have already gone through your newbie routine period).

I would like to know about base girth growth and hanging.

I’ve been doing hanging exclusively for the past several months. I did the newbie routine for about 2 or 3 months, and wasn’t seeing much progress from that so I built a wench and started doing manual stretching/hanging with a strap from the wench to my foot. I do about 5 sets of 20 minutes a day. I logged .25inch in the first 2 months. I only measure every 2 months and I don’t really expect anything, I just do it while I watch tv and read online. Definitely works though. YMMV.

Everyone is different but Saiyan, who may have had injury breaks or not hanged the entire time, gained 1” in 2 years!!! Quite possibly little or none of those gains came in the first 6 months.

Yes, I would say you can definitely gain just by hanging. A lot of PE’ers who live in Asia only hang and they gain size just like everyone else.

You can gain from hanging alone, but you have to have a conditioned penis to hang… So that means you’ve got to condition yourself with a year of stretching and jelqing before you start hanging… That’s my recommendation at least!


Recognize.

I am relatively new, but achieved a .75 inch gain in one month.

Fast gainers don’t necessarily just lift a certain weight for a certain amount of time, its not a math formula. You have to pay attention to your ligs, and assess whether or not your experiencing lig failure. Your rest day cannot be when you experience lig failure, that is your major gaining day. So its not the amount of weight, its the amount of weight that you use in order to achieve lig failure. Its also being able to know what lig failure feels like. Your skin can misleadingly be sore rather than you ligs.

Also, hanging is not the only length gaining exercise. Constant manual stretches are more convenient (can be done in a public restroom) for down times where you cannot find the time/place for hanging. You don’t want to give your “spring” like ligs the opportunity to turtle.

But yet again, this is my opinion and only been hanging for one month. What worked for me hasn’t worked for you. BOTTOM LINE: You have to be more responsive to your own body, rather than being responsive to other peoples opinion.

I’ve been hanging for 16 months and I’ve gained 1.7 inches. Nothing else, just hanging with my bib starter at 3 to 4 hours a day 7 days a week (only took a break if I felt numbness). The more time you invest, the more you’ll get back out of it. Dedication is key. I REALLY want a bigger dick, so yeah I’m motivated. lol


2009: 5.8 BPEL 5.0 EG Before hanging.

2011: 7.7 BPEL 5.4 EG Hanging 1 to 2 hours a day with Bib starter (padded).

Goal : Length goal hit, cementing now. working on 6.0 EG now.

Yes, it’s possible and hanging along with using the ADS is would be even better.

I have been hanging religiously for over 2 months now, I gained 0.5” in the first month and 0.1” - 0.2” in the second month. I generally only hang for one 20 min session per day. I started off hanging with 1kg and gradually increased the weight and am now at 5.5kg.

Have gained massive base girth! I’m nearly 5.5” girth all the way down and the extra half inch at the bottom that has appeared is now just under 7”. I must admit it does not look to pretty but it feels heavy and recently since I have started using it again its working wonders with the girls!

One year of conditioning for hanging seems a little excessive. I’ve been doing PE for nearly 8 months now and I feel more than ready to start hanging. I do 35 minutes of manual stretching per session (5 times a week).
