dlm4 — I’m currently hanging 11.25 lbs for 50 minutes. I’m changing strategy from one based on higher weights and 20 minute sets one with longer sets but not focused so much on weight. 50 min sets save me a lot of time and I can still ride the fatigue; I’ll just drop the weight if I need to. I’m a senior nursing school student and I got a lot on my plate so I need all the time I can get. I got up to 15 lbs. I noticed that hang time has more to do with fluid build up than weight, but weight is still a factor.

But once I get up to 15 lbs again I’m going to add a layer of tape. I still get fluid build-up until my skin gets used to it. But taping is a must, I only wish I knew that when I first started.
