Is hanging worth trying after gains already made?

A few years back I was in the mid 5” range which I guess was pretty much average. Did PE on and off and now 7.75” BP. Been some time since I’ve done anything. Total gain was about 2”. I”m wondering if there is a point of diminishing returns were after a certain point it just isn’t going to get any bigger, or the effort for another 1/4” is going to be way too much? Wanted to get to 8” but stopped before getting there. Just got too busy and kind of forgot about.

I was thinking about making a AFD type device and wearing it all day with a couple pounds of weight or an elastic band that has about 2 pounds of tension. Don’t have time to get into a PE routine now but I figured using a device during the day would not take up any time.

Your thoughts?

After already having gained that much I doubt a low tension ADS will cut it. They’re also a pain to use safely. Fore new gains you need to step it up a notch. Hanging medium weights for a couple months may get you there.

That’s what I’m wondering about; if I’ll just be wasting the effort and heavier weight would be needed to get any more benefit. I really don’t know if mild constraint pulling works after some good gains have already been made…

If you haven’t been excersizing your piece lately I’m sure it is well rested and you could probably gain more than a 1/4”, I would go for a 1/2” to guarantee the 8 in mark

If you’ve never hung before it’s certainly worth a shot. If you have then time off PE should serve as a decon break. It depends on what you’ve done before and how conditioned your dick is now. I don’t think anyone would disagree that PE gives diminishing marginal utility. By the way, congratulations on your gains!

The two flat plates are oriented 90 deg. from what they should be, I am thinking. The latest thought seems to concur that you should be pulling each side of the CCs. Your orientation, of course, doesn’t allow that. Mashing down on the dorsal nerve cannot be good! Beautifully made, though.

I’d suggest an extender based on different design.

If I were you I wouldn’t buy ADS. Buy or made yourself a hanger ;) Bib,Captain wench.

No, it doesn’t press on the top of the shaft, but rather squeezes the sides. See attached photo. Not sure if ok to post photo in this section in use so I colorized it to make it a cartoonish image. Note that the tension turnbuckles are on the top and bottom of shaft so that the plates grip and squeeze the sides of the shaft.
