Is a gain of 1 inch in a year possible?

Hello,

I am considering hanging and was wondering if it’s possible to gain an inch in a years time. I would be hanging over 8 hours per week and using and ADS.

orion, I would defintly say it is possible in a year’s time to get a inch easily. It all depends on the person and there genetics for length gains. I happen to have been pretty lucky and have honestly gained 2 inches of length in about 5 months time doing PE. Now I’ve just started hanging for about 3 weeks to a month trying to get that third inch and am still learning. Hanging is great but there is a steeper learning curve then manual stretching which I got most of my length gains from before. I actually would also suggest learning about manual stretching and some excersizes and doing some of that as well as ADS and hanging if you are new to that. Good luck in gains! :)

I gained an inch of EL and nearly an inch of EG in less than 1/2 year from manual PE. An inch in a year is very possible; some might say, even likely.

IMHO an inch in a year is about the best anybody can reasonably hope for. But the majority have to settle for less. Anyway, what the hell, even if it takes 2 years a true inch length gain is transforming!

Not for me. I just passed my one-year anniversary and I still haven’t hit my first inch. I’ve tried manual exercises, jelqing, ULIs, and hanging. I hanged for about 6 months with no gains at all, despite reaching a maximum weight of 22#.

That’s really sad, I’m afraid I don’t have that kind of patience.

What angle are/were you hanging? OTS or the lower angles?

Mostly BTC. At least 6 sets a day, usually 8, using a Bib Hanger. My LOT was around 8-8:30.

About 9 years ago I got the lengthening surgery done. The doctor I used didn’t stress the importance of hanging after the surgery so I never gained any erect length. He cut all five ligaments, moved the penis forward from inside my body, and re-attached one of my ligaments to preserve the original angle of my erect penis. The reason why I bring this up is because I wonder if gains will come easy for me since I only have one ligament to stretch instead of five. Can anyone shed some light on this?

ModestoMan, did you ever get real sore around the area you were targeting with BTC? I just did my personal record of 7 SD sets of hanging 10 pounds and my lig area is sore still sore after some good sleep. That was about 2:20 mintues hanging not counting the 10 mintue rest periods between sets, and I feel the gains are sure to come but I’ll probaly wait a while to measure. :)

In your case ModestoMan I think you should stop hanging in one position like BTC, espeically if you are not seeing gains for a long time and get not much soreness from BTC and start to hang either SD or something like OTS or OTL to target new areas. Everyone is different of course so we all need to attack different areas of the penis at different times in our PE life. As our ligs get worked to the max we may need to hang BTC to stretch some more skin then when that is sufficiently grown we can target the ligs again for more gains with SD. Or just target the tunica with more upward angles if the ligs just are not giving us gains anymore. You see? This is why I totally advocate measuring at least every half a week because this will give us constant input as to what is working for us when you see those micro-gains so we know we should continue hanging from that angle. That’s how I do it and it seems ot work for me, although I admit sometimes I get too obsessed with measuring.

Yeah, I got very sore. But I felt it mostly in my lower abdomen, which lead me to believe I was primarily hitting my fundiform lig—not my suspensory lig. I think I succeeded in stretching something, just not the “limiting factor” that would provide me with gains.

Like a fool I stayed with my BTC routine for 6 months with nothing to show for it. At that time, I was a dogmatic adherent to LOT Theory and believed my LOT of 8:30 still offered some promising lig potential. It was just a matter of enough force. Yeah, right.

Now, I have a more open minded approach. It’s called “do what works” (supplemented by the LOT Simulator). I’m hitting higher angles and am going after my tunica in a serious way. I’ll only turn back to lig stretching once my ligs are so tight they’re preventing me from getting a good tunica stretch.

Maybe it’s just the heat, but my BPFSL appears to have nudged up a bit. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that I’ll have something good to report soon.
